Was quoted an hourly price for hot water installation , then when the guys got there I was quoted a higher price because it was going to take two guys (was wasnt that mentioned with the phone quote I rec'd) all I saw the 2nd guy do was help get the hot water heater on the dolly from the garage and I assume help with the installation to some degree, but I did hear him (the 2nd guy) take a couple of calls on his cellphone and they sure as hell weren't work related from what I heard..
Everything seemed to go well, the install was Friday November 11 & Monday night November 14 when I went downstairs to do some laundry I found water on the floor...one of the copper pipes was leaking above the water heater.... When I called in to get the tech back out to look at his work (now other than the hot water heater that had to be replaced, there was never a SINGLE SOLITARY LEAK from a pipe), he looked at it and said it wasn't his fault, the problem was with the fitting that he had nothing to do with......REALLY!!!??? and it was going to cost me another $156.00 to repair... after the initial $399 to install...the install was now costing me as much as the purchase of the hot water heater....So, what am I supposed to do?????? miss more time & money from work, and send them away? find another business that was more competent? or just bend over & take it up the azz?....you guessed it....option C....i dont have the time or money to keep missing work. SO THE LESSON LEARNED HERE ISWHATEVER YOU DO.....DON'T USE OR RECOMMEND SOUTHSIDE PLUMBING!!!

I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

Overflow floor drain in basement on thanksgiving morning and hosting the whole family in afternoon… Jared came to the rescue within 2 hours of calling, the flooded basement was drained and water was back running in the house within an hour!

I can say that Rooter-Man sent out a plumber the same day and he fixed my leak with respect, excellent service, and quality. My plumbers name was Aaron and he was excellent and I would refer him to anyone. He was fair and did only what was needed and was great at explaining what was going on and what to watch for in the future. Just great service and I am very pleased with this company’s response time and excellent customer service. Great job Rooter-man and I will call on you in the future if I ever have a plumbing need. I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

So very happy to have a business like roto rooter. The service we have received in the past has been great. I live in Plattsmouth, NE. And when we have called the local plumber he would tell us his machine is broken and asks us to call another person that he recommends. And they don't answer or you get a recording. I am through with local and will go with roto rooter from first call.

Mitch and Trevor did a fantastic job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They left the place looking better than before they came. I would recommend both of these guys and Aksarben ARS!

I've had a great experience with Scott from Equisure -- he's responsive to calls, quick to arrive on the scene, does great work, and is such a nice guy.

Josh was so very helpful. He came to my mother's aid when her car died in the middle of the road. Not only did he help push the car, he was able to find a tow company and get it towed for her. He also went out of his way to find someone to help her fix it and gave her a ride back home. It's great to know there are people out there to go above and beyond to help someone out. I'm so very thankful that he was there to help her out. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars.

These guys really know what they're doing

Replaced an outdoor faucet that had cracked and was leaking in the wall. Showed up on time. Worked steady to get the job done. The final cost was less than estimated. Thanks for great service Zach!

Mike @American Rooter did a great job. He presented me with a couple options to fix my problems, but there was no pressure at all. Not only did they fix my known issues but discovered my main water line had a leak during their preventive maintenance check.These guys a joy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone!
