Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

OCB Plumbing saved us $24000.00 !!!! Had another company out before OCB who did not know what they were talking about and tried to pull the wool over our eyes and told us it would cost $24000.00 in emergency repairs. Called OCB Plumbing right away . Explained to Shelby in the office what was going on. Shelby had Dan (an experienced plumber) call me and go over what we were told by the other company and he assured me that was not the case and he would come out the next day. Dan, Andrew and Derek came out (way past their quitting time) and Jetted our drain. Showed us the entire main line from house to city connection . got rid of our tree root balls that the other company said they had done and showed us there were not cracks to be concerned about at all. Dan showed us the main line was fine and in full working, clean, cleared condition after the team got done Jetting the main line. They took the time to explain everything to us even though it was well past 7pm. We never felt once that our time was not valuable and never once did they laugh at any questions we had. They earned a customer for life now and I would highly recommend OCB Plumbing and their crew to anyone in the future. Great job guys we cannot be thankful enough for you saving us !

Andy came, walked through the problems with my husband and went to work. Five hours later we were so pleased with his resolve to the myriad of issues. He was cordial, informative and left everything spotless. The price was right and work done right. We would call Jeff Mumm Plumbing again without reservation. Again, thank you.

I wanted to proactively get my main sewer line cleaned out to ensure there are no problems developing, so I called southside plumbing and spoke to Josh in mid May. He gave me a quote and I scheduled a time for a technician to come out the following week. When the technician arrived he apologized and said he did not have the correct equipment in his van to clean out my line. He left and assured me someone would call me to reschedule. I receive no such call, so imagine my surprise when I received a $190 bill three weeks later stating they “ran my kitchen sink line “and diagnosed a repair estimated at $2500. After leaving multiple messages with the office staff, I finally received a callback from Josh. He apologized after I explained what happened, but then I received an amended bill stating I owe $45 for a “trip charge”. How I am responsible for this considering the technician arrived without the correct equipment is beyond me! What is even more frustrating is that I have called the office repeatedly for a month and this issue is still not resolved! The office staff state that only Josh has the authority to correct the charge, however he is consistently in meetings, on the other line, or out of the office when I call. He has yet to return my phone call four weeks later. Had I known what a headache it would be to deal with this company, I’ve never would have called in the first place.

I did not choose to have Perfect Plumbing do my work. I called Perfect Plumbing for a quote to change out a toilet from a 40 year old standard to a new ADA taller toilet. I also had already purchased 2 new faucets and wanted both bathroom faucets changed. The quote I got was staggeringly high, $575.00 for toilet ( with a note stating if shut off or flange is bad cost will be more). Bid to exchange faucet $285.00 per faucet and $125.00 drain hook up. Total bid pre tax was $1395.00. I felt that bid was WAY OUT OF LINE. EACH faucet and drain quote alone was $410.00 not including the purchase price of the faucet. I passed on the quote.
I called another plumber, I bought my own toilet for $150.00 & 2 faucets @ $57.00 each. The different plumber was there for 1 1/2 hours had some additional materials and their total charge was $270.00. SO MY FULL COST OF REPAIR WAS $534.00, that is a difference of $861.00 that I saved. My suggestion is to shop around for quotes.

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!

Andy and his service is nothing but top notch. He has answered all of my calls and response time has been as quick as the service. He gets work done on time as requested and does a great job. He truly is an industry professional

Ben was the service tech that helped us out. He went above and beyond to help us resolve a problem and fix our AC. He was able to help with issue caused by a different employee, that's the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars. Ben deserves 10 stars!

Scott and his team have always been easy to work with, they are on time, honest and will explain procedures and any issues they may encounter. It is often hard to find a quality service provider, but I believe I have done so with Equisure...no need to call anyone else.

Josh and his team acted fast this morning when my husband and I had to call him in a panic because we had water in our basement. They were able to get the problem solved in a little over an hour and things are back to work great. Cost wise I would say he is fair. I don’t know a lot about the cost of plumbing jobs but I will say we had a similar problem a little over a year ago and we were charged FAR more then what we paid Josh and the other company was less then pleasant to work with once they finally arrived. Regarding complaints about labor cost. Josh was upfront about cost. He was clearly unable to give us an exact quote being that he wasn’t sure how long the job would take but he was more then upfront even before I had to ask him. If you are looking for a reliable and friendly plumbing company I truly don’t think you would be disappointed when working with Josh and his team!

A Raymond Plumbing came out last Thursday to diagnose and give me a bid on a leak originating from the bathtub in my main bathroom. Ken told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix the waste and overflow valve on my tub through an exposed ceiling in my basement. A different guy shows up on Monday to do the work and after less than 20 minutes of being there the guy tells me he doesn't have the right parts to do the job so he leaves and he's gone for over an hour. He comes back does less than 45 minutes of work then presents me for a bill for 2.5 hours labor (because I have to pay for him to not only go back to the shop and get the parts he needs on a job they bid before coming to do but also for him to go shopping and buy a saw blade that cuts metal pipe which they can now use for other customers). From where I stand I think he should have had the appropriate parts and tools to do the job since they bid it beforehand and shouldn't they already have a saw blade that cuts metal pipes because I can't be the only house in town with
metal pipes. To pass that cost off onto me was not fair as they now have a tool that they can now use for other jobs. Then to bill me 2.5 hours labor when I checked my camera system on my house and his big truck sat in my driveway for less than 1.5 hours total was another way to inflate the total cost of the bill. I have since talked to 2 other plumbers and they both agree with me on the fact that they should have came with what they needed and I shouldn't have to pay for the time they spent shopping and for a tool they can now use on future projects. I really feel taken for a ride and I will not be using A Raymond Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will tell my story to anyone that will listen.

Professional service at its best! On time and does a great job with communicating everything before initiating repairs! Very friendly and competent! Would highly recommend for any and ALL plumbing needs!

Water heater went out on Friday. Searched around and found one company that seemed awful expensive and couldn't get anything done until at least Monday. Saw their company on Google listings and had good reviews. Fernando said they could get it done on Saturday, it would take about an hour and they would pick up the Water Heater from where I ordered it-Home Depot. They would also of course haul away the old one. The price was very reasonable and they were even able to get here earlier-had it done in no time and take payment via CC reader. Super nice and made this process very easy. Nice to have hot water again thanks guys!

Joe and Frank were very professional and friendly! We had some pretty bad blockages about 90' out and more further and they were able to take care of them no problem. Everything was great pricing and I would definitely call them again if needed. Call them if you are having issues, you won't regret it!
*EDIT* Ryan and Bryant came out to fix a small leak I had and did a great job repairing it and gave me some options for some other things I could do in the future if I wanted. American Rooter continues to do a great job and I will continue using them!
