extremely expensive, 15 mins of work for one plumber, the other plumber was there standing and looking at the other guy working. I was billed $218.56. Called and asked for explanation i was told i was billed a minimum rates even if the work was 5 mins i would have been billed the same. I spoke to Frank.

You can't go wrong with Andy and his crew. I was changing the fridge in my bar and while removing the water line, the cheap valve that was previously installed, stateds leaking. I called Andy and he told me how to turn the water off and sent a guy out. They installed a much better valve and even let me know about another valve that was leaking as well. I couldn't be happier. I've recommended A&A to many people and everyone of them have been completely happy! Thank you for saving me from a flooded basement!

My first experience with American Rooter was when the main drain backed up in our new house which by the way was still under warranty so we naturally called the plumbing contractor who did the work to see if they could come out and naturally they wasn't able to because he said there wasn't anyone available except the owner himself and he would have to drive in from Plattsmouth. Jeez I am glad they didn't come! However he did recommend another plumber in Omaha called American Rooter so we immediately called them and shortly after that they ( Bradd and Sara) came out to scope the main drain and in no time solved the backed up drain problem.
Ever since then I have used American Rooter to do the plumbing when I remodeled our basement which of course Bradd did and excellent job! Recently I updated our electric water heater to a gas and I wasn't going to use anyone except American Rooter to install it. The job was flawless and our neighbor who I showed it too said it was very professionally done. Bradd is a true craftsman, professional plumber. He takes time to answer any questions you have and is thoroughly experienced in providing solutions to your plumbing problems. I suggest you don't use any other plumbing company except American Rooter. Bradd goes over and above which needs to be done. You won't be sorry you called American Rooter. We have him on speed dial.
