I had water standing in my floor drain last night from my washing machine leaking. I thought my drain needed to be snaked, but Bill told me it just needed some cleaner put in it to dissolve the gunk in it. So I went and bought some and put it in. He also put the hose on my washer that was a universal size and I had the wrong end on so it leaked all over. Then he didn't even charge me for coming. I was very thankful I called him and it wasn't a major repair for me!

The Best Plumbing Company ever. We had a water pipe break in our home and water was flooding our basement, They were here within 30 minutes to fix the problem. Wasn't a easy fix they had to find where the water pipe was and shut it off. So very professional, friendly and made me feel better that the problem will be taken care of soon. They fixed the problem and were wonderful. They cleaned up and asked if they could help me clean out the water from my basement. What Company does that?? Jeff Mumm Plumbing does that.. I called Perfect Plumbing because I had a leak and a bad smell coming from under the kitchen sink. I was scheduled right away and was told the tech would give me a free estimate before doing any work. On the day the tech arrived they called me 30 minutes ahead so I was able to go to work right up to appointment time. The tech that arrived was very polite and respectful of my home and me. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a loose pipe and repaired it quickly with no new parts. When he was finished he took time to explain what the trouble was. I asked what I owed and he said nothing since the problem was minor. I was shocked. I said surely I at least owe for the service call since I took him away from other customers but he said no, no charge. I then called the owner and again offered to pay a service charge but he also said no charge. I have to say in all my years experience working with contractors, this is the first and only time one has ever performed work and refused to take payment. This company's honesty and integrity is above and beyond any I have ever worked with before. My husband and I are not handy people so if we were told the repair needed new parts and a lengthy repair, we would not have known the difference. You feel so vulnerable calling contractors and just hope you picked one that will be fair and honest. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, Perfect Plumbing is an honest, ethical company who's employees are knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this five star company from this point on.

Excellent service, advice and follow up

someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

Serviceman was attentive to our needs. He came prepared to do the job with the proper equipment and in a timely fashion. We have used Roto-Rooter on previous occasions and have been satisfied with the results of their services. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Technician was good at explaining our options. He took the time to check to see if we were still under warranty. Very pleased with his professionalism.

I had a water pipe burst due to the cold weather that came in December 2022. Dana, the plumber, came out to fix the pipes. He was very personable and delivered 5 star customer service. He also had the issue fixed in two hours with a very reasonable bill. If you need plumbing assistance call this company and ask for Dana. I can't recommend him enough for his service and professionalism!!!

Fernando installed our water heater about a year ago, and recently the drain valve on it failed (manufacturer issue, no issue with the installation of the water heater). He replaced the plastic valve with a brass drain valve, and since it was under warranty, he did the work at no charge to us. Thanks, Fernando!

The customer service fluff they send you is nice and all, introducing you to who their technicians along with a photo of who they will send to gouge you. Least they do it with a smile right?

I had a faucet at a rental property that stopped working and sure enough, I had two options of either not having water for maybe 2 weeks (presented to me as if this option was not a big deal. Just let me tell my tenant that you won't have running water for weeks. Sure.) to re-plumb for over $6,000 or replace the faucet and a few other things for $1,300. Excuse me?

A 2nd plumber who was referred to me by my constructions general contractor called and over the phone + 5 minutes later the faucet was running normally, and he did not even charge me a dime.

I've been doing real estate for 8 years and I know when it is time to get a 2nd opinion. But how many of you are actually in real estate to know it is time to get a 2nd opinion? Or just to plow forward with what someone skilled is telling you?

Maybe I don't know if the technician they sent is not skilled enough to match that of an accountant with a guided hand, or someone actively dishonest. You decide.
