I called with sewer issues, replacing a main. They came out, scoped/ran a camera through the line. They charged for the camera work. This was on a Friday, they called first thing Monday and I was hoping for a bid. However, they said the issue was too complex with my house being 130 years old, lots of utilities in the way and lots of concrete that would need to be replaced. I really appreciate the honesty and the help talking through the issue with me. They gave a full refund without me asking for the camera scoping and provided a referral to another company. The honestly and prompt call backs was awesome, wish I could have worked with them.
