Andy came, walked through the problems with my husband and went to work. Five hours later we were so pleased with his resolve to the myriad of issues. Southside was timely in arriving to unclog our kitchen/bathroom drain, but 1.5 hrs later the tech said all he had accomplished in doing was spraying sludge all over the cabinets and floor but he couldn't unclog the drain. If we take the wall out, he said we could get someone to fix it. He then said he hoped his clean up was good enough and for that we were charged $133. As a realtor, in the past I have suggested homeowners use Southside. Not anymore.

Quality service from beginning to end. They walked me through what they were going to do and how, they put plastic on my carpets and stairs and covered my furniture since they had to cut into my wall board and dust was going to go everywhere. They also cleaned up after they were done; wiped down the walls of all the dust, cleaned up my carpets and cleaned up my floors, all this was unexpected!!

The technician Danny (4383) that came out was prompt on the time they said he would. He was very helpful and explained everything he was doing and what it meant. He told me what I could do to stop the problem in the future and let me know what to use. Roto-Rooter has always been my go to for any drain issues and they always take care of it!

Tyler and Anthony did a great job putting in copper pipes in my bathroom plumbing. I had another job that Tyler came back to to with Sam. They replaced an improper install from when I purchased my home & replaced the old lead pipe waste line. They all are very nice and pleasant to work with. Very professional and efficient. I would’ve given them a 5, but there was confusion about an appt I had scheduled, causing delay in other repairs I have to get done. They were still overall very nice & I would do business with them again.

Our water heater stopped heating and was due for replacement. They were able to come out that day and get it replaced right away. Quick and easy communication. Great rates for the exceptional quality of work. Thanks to Fernando for amazing service!

I am very disappointed with American Rooter. They were the second company that I called out of three plumbing companies. The first company I called was ***** Drains. I am not sure why they have drains in the name but he did nothing but take my $99. He did snake my line out to 100 feet and gave up.

I then called American Rooter. I told him what already been done. American Rooter said that he only has a 100 foot cable on his snake. He said he can do the same job that the previous plumber did for 400 dollars. Other option was to HydroFLow the line for 1000 dollars or rip out the line for around 4000 thousand dollars. Of course he offered to look at the line with a camera for 322 dollars.

So I called **** Drain, they were on time and very help. I had tree roots 130 feet out and he fixed all my issues in less than an hour. I gave away 149 dollars to other plumbers that did nothing.

I am disappointed with American Rooter because he could have done the same thing that my third plumber did.

I will give them two stars because the plumber was nice and on time. Also he only took 49 dollars of my hard earned money.
