they were great when they came out and connected the water back into my bathroom but when I called them recently to have them come and finish fixing my pipes they didn't call me back

They installed my water heater fine however they didn't clean up behind themselves and the next day the drain that my washer goes to is clogged. I called them to help cause there was no issue with that drain before and they wanted to charge me $140 an hour. Do not use these people. They are very unprofessional and very unhelpful

I have used Fernando twice and he is an excellent plumber. I had him cut up a concrete floor and place the drain in the floor so we wouldn't trip over it. I really appreciated him doing this on a weekend so I could be home. I also had him swap out a turn off valve for my sprinkler system. Both projects turned out great.

We had major issues for 3 days with our plumbing. We actually were going to hire another company until Chris, the owner, came out personally and stayed until the job was done and done right. A lot of respect for him taking it personally and standing by the name and work of his business.. They certainly kept ours by doing that.

Had Tritz Plumbing come out today to repair some leaking outside faucets. Very professional. The office called to let me know they were on their way ( I do not answer numbers I don't know).
