Is it weird to love a plumbing company... because I have so much love for the team at ProPlumb. These guys are amazing. Always on time, always honest, completely trustworthy -- I've used them for repairs + renovations for several years now and wouldn't call anyone else. >> Special Shout to Potential Female Customers... you know how it sucks to blindly call a repair person because you know they're gonna treat you like you don't know what you're talking about -- or try to pressure you into doing stuff you don't really need to do? That NEVER happens with the ProPlumb crew -- *ever*. They'll treat you with respect + talk to you like you're an actual adult human being capable of discussing the house you most likely bought on your own like a grown woman! I can't recommend them enough... these guys are just the best. Call them!!

Wonderful Company! We had Gary out to fix our disposal and he did an excellent job! He was professional, courteous, and most importantly, knowledgable. He arrived on time and let us know exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely be calling them back in the future if I need anything else.

Sorry should have read my post before I posted it but they did not charge me when they were working on my water heater when it kept going off . A day after writing a not so favoring post they did call after awhile. Saying they would be at the house first thing the next morning for which they were they explained they were very busy yesterday that's why they didn't get back to us .I'm sorry now for seeming negative because they fixed our water heater to where it works perfectly and I thank them very much I hope they accept my apology.

Bill Drake came to clean/unclog the kitchen sink in our house. He came only 30 min after I got his number!! And fixed our drain in about 30 min! Cost $145. Very professional and super nice guy! I highly recommend him! He even gave me plenty of free tip to avoid that issue in the future!

Frank came to look at the project, said he would send an estimate and that his son would finish a job close-by and then come over to do the work, and then never heard from him again! I texted and called after waiting several hours for an estimate. This happened right after Christmas so we had already waited several days. A simple text or phone call that he was too busy would have been the professional thing to do.

The scheduling was easy and they called to say they could come early, got here when they said and in and out with a job well done. Also were great with my dogs who wanted to see everything that was going on. Very reasonably priced also!

Bad experience. I need quite a bit of plumbing work done. Called this place and they sent a guy out to look things over. He groaned and complained, then said he would get back to me in three or four days with an estimate. That was more than a week ago and I have heard nothing. I'm now looking for a reliable, responsive plumber.

They broke my drain stop in my tub, did not replace the tank cover to my toilet, said they replaced the wax ring and did not, did not properly secure my toilet, and lied about the “obstruction” in the line. Services were not rendered. I had to have an independent contractor come out 2 days later to fix the problem at a 1/4 of the cost

I worked with Jacob and Riley. Honest and transparent, good work, good recommendations, multiple options explored. I will call again!

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

I called A&A Plumbing & Drain Services. The same week a technician came to my house. Tony fixed my clogged drain in the kitchen and fixed both leaks in the kitchen and bathroom. Not only did he do a thorough job, he also answered all of my questions with ease. I recommend this family-owned plumbing company to anyone that needs quality and affordable plumbing services.

I was very pleased with the gentleman that unplugged my kitchen drain. He was timely and pleasant.HOWEVER, I called on a Saturday afternoon and was told someone would be calling me back within two hours. Three hours later, I called them back and this individual apologized for the error and I was informed they were running behind and asked if I could wait until the next morning. I didn't mind, but it would have been nice to know that the first time I called so that I wasn't waiting around all afternoon. Mistakes happen, life goes on :)

THANK YOU ARS for your outstanding support, came home from work, my heater went out, called ARS at 4pm, they had someone out very quickly, great phone support!..The service tech (Jackson) kindly asked a few questions, narrowed down the problem and had my heater up and running quickly...Now, he also pointed out several faults with the 15 plus year old furnace. Cracked Heat Exchange, Flame rod, Mother Board had a bad resister. Before you know it, I had a NEW furnace installed. Thank you for ensuring my family and house is safe!
