even though it was at after hour prices, I would prefer that Eric would come to house house if i have any future problems.

Flat out crooks...They send a tech out to diagnose your system and basically lie to you so he can get you to buy a completely new system from them. The told me I had a crack in my heat exchange and needed to replace the whole thing. Luckily, I had someone else check the system before I agreed to buy a completely new furnace. It turns out there was no crack in my heat exchanger and I only found this out after having another company completely remove the heat exchanger to inspect it. I don't know how they get away with such foul business practices. Integrity is definitely not their strong suit and I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend R Mechanical and they will be the only ones who will be doing my furnace work from now on. Our furnace stopped working during the coldest day of the winter and R Mechanical saved us over $2500 compared to a local big brand HVAC company that tried to fraudulently upcharge us. R Mechanical is run by some of the best people you could meet, are honest to deal with and went out of their way to help is when we needed furnace work. They have made me a customer for life.

Don't waste your time and money. Our hot water heater has broken three times recently and they again repaired it as recently as two days ago. Fast forward to two days later and it's again broken and they wanted to charge me over $200 to send a technician out.

We've had Paul out twice now, and both times he was exceptional. Our new house came with some hiccups the first few months. The first time he came out, he unclogged our kitchen sink when nothing we did would work. Then back in March, our hot water heater went out late one night. (Not just the pilot light. The ancient thing completely died.) Paul was able to come out the very next day to install the new hot water heater we bought at Home Depot. Quick service. Great results.

Craig was by far one of the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC technicians we have had the pleasure of working with. He was patient and truly took his time to diagnose what needed replacing. Once the problem was identified, he gave us all of the information necessary to make a well-informed decision. He did the best job possible, thank you Craig!

Mark and another guy came with him. They did not introduce themselves although Mark had been here before. Mark start asking me questions about my hot water heater, I thought he knew why he was here. He asked me who put the hot water heater and I told you guys did, and he said I dont think we did. Then he talked about dirty it was, he took it off the strip below and that was it. I thought he was going to clean it something! Charged me $99 and left. Very arrogant he was!! His partner who I didnt get his name was nice. He just started it again and left for $99??? Really?? Dont think I'll be calling you guys again. There's more to say but I dont have enough room on here to do so. Thank you.

Andrew came to our house today to service our AC. He was courteous and professional and worked efficiently to service our equipment inside and outside.

When Andrew arrived my wife asked if he would wear a mask inside the house. He agreed without hesitation and only asked that we also wear one which we did.

We have used The Frazier Company for many years now under a service maintenance agreement. Their workmanship has always been excellent. I continue to believe that annual service of our AC and Heating units prolongs their life and with that said I will continue to use and recommend The Frazier Company.
