Most of the time good service. But I needed the thermistor on my dryer replaced and the Tech told me the part was not manufactured anymore. So I was out 80$ and instead of full replacement i was granted a 400$ credit at NFM towards a dryer. Instead I called another appliance repair company and they found the part immediately and repaired my dryer within a couple of days at a cost of 302$. Disappointed

Tritz picked up my call, Kate helped us troubleshoot on the phone, set up a service call for the very next day, stayed in communication with us about the arrival time, and there was a seamless handoff to the Tech. The Tech walked me through a tricky water pressure issue in minutes, tested, fix it, sent me pictures, and we're fixed. Thank you!

Matt has been to my mothers home on 3 different occasions as assistant to Mark. Matt was able to find a difficult to diagnose water leak and they both took care of it. This last visit Mark came out with an unnamed assistant for a tub leak. They diagnosed the problem and capped off the faucet until the tile work could be completed. When I came back to the home 2 days later I found a lot of water in the basement coming from the capped off tub above. I was frustrated to say the least. I called and this time Mark came out with Matt. Mark indicated it was a bad joint done by the earlier assistant. At that time Matt asked if I had found anyone to repair the tile and I hadn't been able to find anyone to do the small job. He offered to take care of it. He came out after work, spent 4 hours repairing that and other holes Mark had made and my home is now buttoned up. I appreciate Matt's willingness to do double duty and I am no longer frustrated.

Overpriced. Price increase of Pvc by 200%. 3.00 per foot. Sac city sells same product on same day for the current going price you would find at Menards. Total rip off

The plumbers were on time did the replacement of the water heater in a timely manner and explained what was going on and asked permission to make a few minor adjustments so the water lines and vent would fit. cleaned up the area and made sure I knew how the new water heater worked.
