I had water standing in my floor drain last night from my washing machine leaking. I thought my drain needed to be snaked, but Bill told me it just needed some cleaner put in it to dissolve the gunk in it. So I went and bought some and put it in. He also put the hose on my washer that was a universal size and I had the wrong end on so it leaked all over. Then he didn't even charge me for coming. I was very thankful I called him and it wasn't a major repair for me!

We would definitely recommend Jeff Mumm Plumbing. Jeff was very nice on the phone and sent Andy to fix our water heater. Andy was able to come same day, was extremely nice and professional, and our water heater is fixed at a reasonable rate. We will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Was quoted an hourly price for hot water installation , then when the guys got there I was quoted a higher price because it was going to take two guys (was wasnt that mentioned with the phone quote I rec'd) all I saw the 2nd guy do was help get the hot water heater on the dolly from the garage and I assume help with the installation to some degree, but I did hear him (the 2nd guy) take a couple of calls on his cellphone and they sure as hell weren't work related from what I heard..
Everything seemed to go well, the install was Friday November 11 & Monday night November 14 when I went downstairs to do some laundry I found water on the floor...one of the copper pipes was leaking above the water heater.... When I called in to get the tech back out to look at his work (now other than the hot water heater that had to be replaced, there was never a SINGLE SOLITARY LEAK from a pipe), he looked at it and said it wasn't his fault, the problem was with the fitting that he had nothing to do with......REALLY!!!??? and it was going to cost me another $156.00 to repair... after the initial $399 to install...the install was now costing me as much as the purchase of the hot water heater....So, what am I supposed to do?????? miss more time & money from work, and send them away? find another business that was more competent? or just bend over & take it up the azz?....you guessed it....option C....i dont have the time or money to keep missing work. SO THE LESSON LEARNED HERE ISWHATEVER YOU DO.....DON'T USE OR RECOMMEND SOUTHSIDE PLUMBING!!!

I was very happy that I was able to schedule service so quickly when my kitchen sink stopped draining while I had family staying at my house over the holidays. Max Sherman was extremely helpful in explaining options for repair and then fixed my garbage disposal leak and cleared the drains so I could have a functioning kitchen again. Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One complaint was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

Mike was awesome and was determined to help figure out my problem that 3 other plumbers dismissed/blamed on me. He was able to figure it out and fix it!

someone came to fix some plumbing in my house which they did do but in the process of fixing it they broke another part of the plumbing and are claiming they can’t come back to fix it without me putting in another work order that id need to pay for, it makes no sense for me to pay them to fix something they broke in my own house. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with the help and service this company is able to provide.

The service performed was good. I paid my bill in full the same day and even have bank records. A few days later they called requesting payment. The caller requested bank statements and I texted him the statement proving payment. Then he proceeded to talk about a 7k bill. My bill was 800$ for plumbing work under the sink. I called and explained my bill was paid in full and they have my account mixed up with someone else. They eventually figured it out and said they confused mine with another account. Service was awesome but make sure as a customer you keep record of payment just in case any confusion happens after the bill is paid. You don't want to be responsible for a bill you didn't agree to, especially a 7k one.

Mitch is an awesome technician. Very thorough and took time to go over everything he did and gave us info on how we can maximize the quality of our system.

Very responsive and were able to come out quickly and on time. Great communication, explained everything and answered all my questions. Even showed me how to fix a separate issue as well. Highly recommend!
