I was originally going to give a one star ⭐️ due to the painful back and forth with scheduling. But Matt, the tech who provided us service, was an outstanding guy both personally and professionally. The issue is still not resolved (faulty from factory) but he is going above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Matt!

I had water standing in my floor drain last night from my washing machine leaking. I thought my drain needed to be snaked, but Bill told me it just needed some cleaner put in it to dissolve the gunk in it. So I went and bought some and put it in. He also put the hose on my washer that was a universal size and I had the wrong end on so it leaked all over. Then he didn't even charge me for coming. I was very thankful I called him and it wasn't a major repair for me!

We called Jeff Mumm Plumbing because we needed a number of things fixed and replaced.
Andy came, walked through the problems with my husband and went to work. Five hours later we were so pleased with his resolve to the myriad of issues. He was cordial, informative and left everything spotless. The price was right and work done right. We would call Jeff Mumm Plumbing again without reservation. Again, thank you.

Plans for the day- replace vanity top and faucet. Also replace the worn out 4' run of metal drain pipe located inside the stud wall. SPP arrived a little before the scheduled time.
Several hours into project it was determined the parts required to connect to the main 50 yr old cast stack were discontinued and completely out of stock. Now necessary to replace 20 section of main stack which was used by 2 sink drains and also contained a rusted through hole! Necessary parts were obtained and expertly installed. Dan completed this major project by mid-afternoon and onto his next assignment. Would recommend them for your plumbing needs! THANK YOU!!

Bill is the best plumber i ever had.

I talked with Frank on the phone in the morning and he was able to get two of his guys out that afternoon to repair a broken water pipe that was leaking down over two units in our condos.

The guys that came out, Junior and Josh, were like the George Clooney and Brad Pitt from Oceans Eleven, but you know of the plumbing world. They were really friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!

Phil does an incredible job. Very professional and very accommodating. We needed them to come out on a Sunday afternoon for an emergency water heater repair and they were there quickly and made the repair. I highly recommend Winfrey Plumbing.

Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend you for anyone that finds themselves in a bind.

Andy and his crew came to my house and put in a water heater the very same day I called. They did an amazing job and are nothing but professional and proficient. I would recommend them 110%. Awesome!!

The technician arrived as scheduled and was very polite. He was very professional in his interactions explaining the cost of what was needed and additional options. There was no high pressure sell of additional services. I can tell you from experience that the Root Destroyer product they offer as a maintenance product is well worth it's price. We have several trees along the line and before we first used it had to have the main run every other year. The product has extended that to every five years.

Terrible experience all around. Furnace had a puddle of water under it, charged me $200 to fix it but then the puddle just got bigger. Really pushy saying we needed a new air conditioner. Sales rep showed up the next day and said I can't in good conscience sell you an air conditioner yours is fine. Thank goodness he was honest with us. Sales rep then showed me it was just a clogged drain line. I fixed it myself for $.98. So basically I paid $200 for nothing and fixed the problem myself. The tech also left an air tank, thermometer, and a bunch of muddy footprints in our house. After a few attempts and messages that were never returned, I got ahold of the customer care manager and she listened well to my story, promised to get back to me and 4 weeks later I haven't heard anything. Will never use this company again. Can't clean up tools, properly diagnose problems, or return calls. Poor business in every category.

Scott and crew were fast, efficient, clean and above all honest. We had a toilet and tub drain issue and other companies wanted almost 500 just walking in the door or ice the phone without even looking. They inspected the downstairs drains and found a solution without pulling the toilet and charged a third of the price. I will recommend them again.

Came and looked at the plumbing that needed to be fixed but it took over a week for them to get a bid and I had to call them to find this out.

Was polite and clean. Respectful and knocked everytime going in and out. Was on time, and also very reasonable$ I will tell my friends to call this guy

Was almost ran off the road along with 3 other people and doesn’t look like this is the first incident you need to hire new employees safety should always be a priority when driving this man was going 100 mph on the interstate and 65 through town right past schools supposed to be going 30 mph he was completely unaware of anything going on around him as he was on his phone weaving through traffic like a maniac no blinkers and just cutting people off
