I was very happy with how quickly they came out to work on my problem. I had a squirrel stuck in my pipe and Paul, along with Matt, worked very hard to get it out and unclog my pipe. When one thing didn’t work, they tried the next thing and finally got it. I am very appreciative of them. And Joe was great to work with too and did a great job getting all of the clean up and drying figured out after. I’d definitely recommend them. Quality service and people.

Needed service on a faucet they installed last year. They were out in less than 24 hours and Tim did a great job plus helped me fix a shower leak that was a super value add - needed to caulk and close the curtain more :)

Very good and reasonably priced

We had a pipe burst in January late one evening. They were able to come out right away and get the issue fixed so we could get our water turned back on and were able to stay in our house that night. Jared was very professional and did a great job. We would definitely recommend!

Andy and his crew came to my house and put in a water heater the very same day I called. They did an amazing job and are nothing but professional and proficient. I would recommend them 110%. Awesome!!

Rotorooter is excellent when they complete their service, but their follow up is not so good. In taking care of a friends home in 2017, they committed to sending a camera down our drain, which they did not do. When I called, I was misinformed that it had been completed and that it must have looked good. In 2018, I proved that it was not done and they came and did it. They showed me the condition and suggested work. They promised a video to show to the home owner and an estimate. Nada. Too many chiefs in the organization.

Scheduling, scheduling reminders, notification of pending arrival were all done with utmost professionalism. Service technician introduced himself and worked very efficiently to complete my annual A/C system checkup, thoroughly explained the purpose of each check and how the results compared to acceptance limits, thoroughly cleaned the A/C unit as if were his own, and recommended two optional devises to improve air quality via electronic ionization and monitoring for carbon monoxide via WiFi enabled Nest CO detector.
