I had a major backup of sludge overflowing my basement’s drain and Roto-Rooter was on TOP of it within the hour that I called them. I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and team that was brought over to my house. A technician was there to fix the issue along with a water damage specialist and plumbing inspector to check things out for me as well. They were all super knowledgeable and left me feeling great about the repairs they completed at my home. I will definitely be referring them to everyone I know!

***Would give them 0 stars if i could. *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SO MANY BETTER COMPANIES IN OMAHA. I called for their services- they said they would come and provide a free estimate after they did not give me a service call price over the phone. The plumber who came, came in and starting working on the toilet- I asked him if he can fix the leak AND the toilet chain to make sure it properly works. I asked how much it would cost (he said 190 and this is something that you all could have easily shared over the phone instead of saying you can provide a “free estimate”.) After he did not fix the chain, I told him I had a coupon for 40 dollars off and he said that was only $250 an up (it did not say that on the coupon) and I had to negotiate him to take the 40 dollars off. After I paid, he left and I noticed the chain was not fixed. I called him back and he said it would cost an extra 190 for him to come back. You all called me to have someone else come fix it for a discounted price and I did not want your services.

Christian was able to come to my house on short notice. He was knowledgeable and gave me a few options. He also found safety issues with my newly installed water heater that, done by a different local company, he corrected. If your “plumbing is hurtin”, do not call that company. I will use CW Plumbing and recommend him for all plumbing needs.

I called Monte at 8:00am and he was at my house by 9:30am. He was punctual, professional and affordable. Would highly recommend.

I called ASAP and they came out very quickly. My oven wasn’t getting hot. On Tuesday they diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts, which arrived yesterday. Today Robert came back and installed all the new parts. He was very professional and courteous and my appliance is now working again. I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP.
