We woke up last Saturday morning to find our front yard leaking. Actually, our water service line was leaking and needed repair. OCB Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Kenny kept us informed throughout the entire process - including when repair turned into replacement (darn this old house). The guys who performed the work were wonderful and worked their butts off into the evening to ensure that our water was back on before they left. They were respectful in coming in and out of the house to access the basement. Pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

We have used Micro Plumbing on multiple occasions! Every time they have been professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. We live in a older neighborhood with lots of trees, and our main line to the streest was full of roots and was causing a back up into the house! This was a major undertaking to fix, they explained and took care of the situation. they have also helped with the small plumbing issues over the 13 years in our house. We highly recommend then to anyone, big or small they truly do it all!

Needed service on a faucet they installed last year. They were out in less than 24 hours and Tim did a great job plus helped me fix a shower leak that was a super value add - needed to caulk and close the curtain more :)

These guys are incredible! I’ve used Burton and American Rooter in the past and Integrity Plumbing far exceeded both services in both professionalism, approach, and value. Burton and American Rooter both raise their costs so that they can sell you a cheaper monthly package that appears to then lessen the cost of the current job they are doing. Even if I would have chosen the monthly service package with either services, their 20% discount still care out to be twice as expensive as Integrity Plumbing. Bill did awesome work, fixed the problems and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will recommend Integrity Plumbing and Bill to all of my friends and will always use them from now on. Great experience, great value, great work!

I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

Came and looked at the plumbing that needed to be fixed but it took over a week for them to get a bid and I had to call them to find this out.

2 weeks into happy homeownership and our drain backed up. The panic set in. I called Major Drain, and Brent reassured me everything would be just fine and they would be out to fix this. He explained that the technician may not be able to make it until after hours, and if that was the case what the cost would be. He again told me that he was confident they could fix it. A bit later I received a call from Chad. He stated he was done with his previous job a little early and was wondering if he could come. Chad was knowledgeable and respectful. He got the drain cleaned out in a timely manner, and needless to say we were not charged an after hour fee. The service was amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone. If we need our drains cleaned out again, I know who to call.
