Service with this plumbing company is absolutely horrific. Their communication and attention to detail is the reason why you should never call this company for anything. Go elsewhere!

Phillip did a great job. AC is working. Explained problem, talked about cost, explained what new part was for, went over warranty and left me extremely satisfied with my service today. He is polite and very conscientious. He also took extra time to service the unit since I did not get that done. I am a very pleased Aksarben customer.

The owners are no less than amazing. They're beyond friendly, they are not above working after hours or long days. They're friendly and will get you taken care of immediately. They work non stop and love what they do. Deb and Steve are the ideal owners of a company. Most of the time you never get to meet or see the owners, and that is not the case here. I love that they're prices are reasonable and I don't have to break the bank to get a job done!

I had my first experience with Service One this last week and was VERY impressed!!!Brian A. found the problem with my washing machine and was able to order a new part which was delivered and installed within 3 days! He also explained to me how to clean out the washing machine filter and ran several test loads when diagnosing the problem as well as when the new part was installed just to make sure the machine was working properly.I also had a plumbing problem with a sink and a toilet and Corey was not only able to fix these problems, but snaked my other drains ( just in case ) and recommended products to prevent the trouble I was having from occurring again.Both technicians were very friendly, very thorough, and very helpful!!! I would highly recommend them and Service One to anyone. I am SO glad I have this coverage!!

I requested and he came to my home to see what kind of plumbing I needed. That is where it ended. He did not have the courtesy of letting me know he wasn't interested or if the work was more than he could handle. I could not recommend.

My single, elderly female neighbor got a quote from you because she had a 4 foot piece of water line leaking in her basement. You quoted her over $10K to fix it, which included tearing up the street and trenching her yard because nobody wanted to look for her outside shutoff! Your man said she didn't have a stop box on her property!!... well its there. SHAME ON YOU!!!! No worries though, because someone else did the job for less than 10% of your bid. You guys are just horrible! I would give you negative stars if I could.

We had this company out on 11/29 for a clogged kitchen sink. Gary spent 1 1/2 hours grinding with a battery operated machine with no resulte. When we would ask him a question he would ignore us as if he haden't heard us. Once he did answerr & was very rude. Finally, we had to ask him if he could fix it and his response was no. we asked him to stop and leave. Called Major Drain the next day and they had it fixed within a half hour. A month after Tritz was here, we recieved the bill and what they charge for not fixing anything is way over what we were charged by the company that actually fixed it. I will never recommend Tritz to anyone.

I broke my garbage disposal on my boyfriend's birthday, (of course), by trying to clean it out with ice...it cleaned it really well, and then started leaking water out of the bottom! (Maybe not all hacks you see on the internet are worth it...) I called Benjamin Franklin, and they told me they could send someone out the same day!

Avery was able to come over 30 minutes earlier than expected, and it only took him about 45 minutes to diagnose and fix my issue! He was super friendly and courteous, and even gave my nosy dogs some lovin'. Plus, he fixed it before my boyfriend got home from work, so mum's the word!

It was just over two hours between panicked call and problem solved! I would 100% recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery for sure!!

Both their techs and office support team have been great to work with. We've been with them for over 10 years.

The plumbers were on time did the replacement of the water heater in a timely manner and explained what was going on and asked permission to make a few minor adjustments so the water lines and vent would fit. cleaned up the area and made sure I knew how the new water heater worked.

Took care of my appliances and my plumbing.
