Aksarben was the only company that would come out within a few hours to help our emergency drain problem. Noah explained everything that he needed to do clearly and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and won't be going anywhere else.

After 10 months of paying our monthly fee for the warranty service we finally needed to use it. Our air-conditioner wouldn't start. We were told the soonest they could schedule us was 5 days out. Then they ended up cancelling that appointment due to rain. Luckily we found another company Ideal Heating and Air that was able to show up the same day we called. It ended up being a simple switch on the unit that flipped due to a power surge. I'm not sure why we are paying $25 a month to not get priority service calls. We switched companies. We were still obligated to fulfill our 1 year contract with Service One even though we got zero value from our warranty service that we paid over $300 in to.

Moved into a 100-year-old house in Omaha, and it came with some 100-year-old plumbing issues (and some poorly executed DIY work). Paul performed a whole-house re-piping, replacing all the supply lines with new copper lines, installing an instant hot water system, and re-locating several lines from unconditioned spaces. His prices were reasonable and at the end of the day everything came in right at the initial estimate. His crew worked efficiently to tackle the job in a couple of days and cleaned up after themselves. Paul has earned my trust, and I will continue to call him for future plumbing issues.

Frank was great and very informative. He was pleasant to talk to and easy to understand when it came down to technical information. We did get into a conversation of the guy painted on the back of the truck and told him that every time I see it I freak out because it looks real and I just picture him falling out. My experience with Burton is always pleasant with this company. Frank is an asset to your company.

I just had Paul the plumber replace our 25 year old toilet in our master bathroom. Very clean and professional.

The lady that answers the phone needs customer service training, so rude. And Sean came first appointment, said he didn't have the tools for the job, took pictures of where I needed the dishwasher installed. An hour and a half into the second appointment scheduled window, I got a call from the rude customer service lady saying that they are unable to do the job. What a waste of time and money. Don't use these guys. How it took 2 days for them to contact me to tell me they can't do the job is unbelievable.

When I said I had been waiting around this whole time the lady said, Oh, I meant to call you earlier but I got caught in a conference call. What bs. Horrible experience.
