You can't go wrong with Andy and his crew. I was changing the fridge in my bar and while removing the water line, the cheap valve that was previously installed, stateds leaking. I called Andy and he told me how to turn the water off and sent a guy out. They installed a much better valve and even let me know about another valve that was leaking as well. I couldn't be happier. I've recommended A&A to many people and everyone of them have been completely happy! Thank you for saving me from a flooded basement!

Just called Major Drain, not only where they twice per hour of most plumbing companies in the area to clear a kitchen drain. The manager would not have a 50.00 trip fee to our home which is 6 minutes from downtown Omaha but in Iowa. But you will drive 40 minutes to West Omaha and not have a trip fee. Poor poor business decisions. Needless to say,. We will not be using them. Way to many plumbers in town to be treated with such disrespect.

I own Cornerstone Plumbing in Omaha NE and stop by different Ferguson locations several times a week. Out of the Ferguson counters in Omaha, the Grover St. location is by far the best. Drew, Andy and Brent go above and beyond on every visit. Andy and Drew recently went well above the call of duty to find me an obscure part for a Liberty ejector pit system. I let them know what I needed and they tracked everything down and got it ordered. Thanks guys for your amazing service!

THEY WERE HIRED TO UNCLOG A TOILET. 245 DOLLARS AND 2 VISITS LATER, THE TOILET WAS STILL CLOGGED. HE TOLD ME I NEEDED A NEW TOILET BECAUSE THE WATER PRESSURE WAS LOW. PLUMBING 101, MY BROTHER IN LAW AND I USED A SNAKE AND FOUND A PLASTIC SPOON.THE TOILET WORKS JUST FIND NOW. I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ASAP PLUMBING TWICE, BUT THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. JUST BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND.
