Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Had a leaky master bath shower head. Drove me nuts for a couple days, then I went to Fergusons with a picture of my faucet handle (with the knob taken off). 5 minutes and $30.22 later, I'm out the door with the right part, that had instructions on the box, and a quick fix later and the drip is fixed. Great knowledge and awesome price!

Went to Ferguson a month or so ago to look for a old shower part with no brand's name, first feeling about this place was that I wasn't welcome. I guess because I'm hispanic!! who knows. They were ruth and ask me what brand was the part? I reply I don't know, it doesn't have a name and I'm not a plumber, but can you help me? They answer right away without even looking at the part that they couldn't help me if I didn't know the brand's name, so I just turn around and left. This place is close to my house and today I'm in need of few other plumbing & electrical parts for my house, but I'm definitely not going back to this place to look for any parts again.

I stopped by Ferguson Plumbing Supply to try to find a supply line for a 17 year old Kohler faucet. Everyone was helpful. They called around and determined it was discontinued. Drew, in particular, went above and beyond spending time with me and brainstorming ideas in the hope that I would not need to buy a whole new faucet just because a supply line leaked. I really appreciate Drew's knowledge and customer service.

Just stopped in to pick up a part that I ordered on Friday. This is the one on Grover. We walked in and stood right in front of the two guys at the counter. Not so much as a “How’s it going guys?” Or a “Just one minute we’ll be with you shortly.” So after standing at the counter for 10 minutes I decided to leave. If you’re not a professional plumber skip these guys and give Amazon the business. At least they’ll help you right away.

The people and service there is extremely good and are very helpful with any plumbing issues and getting the right parts.

Needed a very particular plumbing part (bonnet nut) to repair a shower handle. After searching all the chain home improvement stores around Omaha with no luck, a call to Ferguson revealed they had multiple in stock . The employee was very knowledgeable and even assisted me in purchasing an additional part I didn't expect they would have.

Couldn't find a special water heater part anywhere. Their sales team found the right part from the manufacturer and spent a lot of time getting it right over the phone, he even went and checked their used parts for us, but no luck. Very thankful the right parts are getting shipped to our house!

I own Cornerstone Plumbing in Omaha NE and stop by different Ferguson locations several times a week. Out of the Ferguson counters in Omaha, the Grover St. location is by far the best. Drew, Andy and Brent go above and beyond on every visit. Andy and Drew recently went well above the call of duty to find me an obscure part for a Liberty ejector pit system. I let them know what I needed and they tracked everything down and got it ordered. Thanks guys for your amazing service!

Bryan was awesome! At 4:30 on a Friday with a hot weekend ahead of us, Bryan made sure we had the part we needed to get our air conditioner running. We had been to 3 other places that refused to help us. Thanks Bryan!!
