I used Integrity Plumbing to snake my main drain and also hook up a water line for my fridge and they were on time and professional and the best part is that they didn't try to oversell me like some other plumbing companies

Showed up at around 3:05pm. The customer service rep said between 3-5. He unclogged my toilet as I had one of my children flush a plastic top to a deodorant can down the toilet earlier this week. Anthony finished in 30 minutes.
It was a little expensive. But to have it done in the same day that I called, means a lot to me.

We used Roto-Rooter for a drain clog that turned out to be more of a plumbing issue than we had anticipated. The plumber (Bill) and Drain Clog expert (Craig) both serviced our kitchen sink drain. They were both extremely professional, courteous, on time, and did an excellent job. We were able to get an appointment the next morning (the drain issue occurred late Friday night), which was great!

We needed a drain cleaning for our bathroom sink and we couldn't have picked a better company to go with. Zach McCall was professional and very knowledgeable. He not only took care of the issue we called about but also pointed out a few things to watch out for in the future. They wouldn’t provide me a bid for a sewer repair unless I was at the home. Originally I scheduled a technician to meet my father at the house and was led to believe that would be fine. Then they called when the tech was on the way and said I would need to be home. There’s no reason that I can see that they would need me home to provide a free estimate.

Brent and his team are hands down the best in the business. As a contractor, and home owner, their punctuality and attention to detail is second to none.

Josh was on time, professional, did great work, and did not over charge. I feel the work he did was done right and best of all, he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! Absolutely APPALLING business!
I called Tritz at the recommendation of a friend because I had some water backing up my main plumbing stack and leaking out of a connecting elbow. First, when I indicated what the problem was to the individual on the phone, they sent out a plumber who had been told a very different problem. I'd explained that the problem was a backup in our main sewer line, but they sent out someone to look at a leaking bathtub. It took the tech several hours to finally replicate the problem that I thought I had pretty clearly articulated on the phone. He came back the next day with a camera and attempted to snake the line, then attempted to use a blowbag to push debris through. The camera found sludge buildup, the plumber suggested that we likely had a belly in our main line. This work didn't solve the problem, but did push some debris into a connecting line which caused our basement to back up. They had to come back the next day to snake that side of the home. They then sent out an estimator to consider tearing up my basement floor to replace the belly they thought they'd found - they also suggested that I had two main lines and that the initial problem and the basement backup were unrelated. I received a bill TWO MONTHS LATER for a problem that they DID NOT SOLVE. This bill was over $1,000.

I called a competitor for a second opinion because I prefer not to spend tens of thousands of dollars to rip up my basement if it wasn't necessary. Not only did the competition immediately diagnose the problem, they used a jet to clear the debris within a few hours and I paid for the service THAT DAY for HALF of what Tritz charged. They also confirmed via video inspection that Tritz's assessment that I had two main sewer lines was false and that the initial attempts by Tritz to clear the clog caused the backup into my basement.

When I called and spoke to the owner to express my concerns, she was incredibly rude and hung up on me.

Do not use this company, call someone else. I'm considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I can't tell if this is intentionally criminal or just complete incompetence.

A few weeks ago, Alex from Mr. Rooter came by to fix a kitchen faucet and was also able to fix a few other plumbing issues in my house. He was very helpful and informative in teaching me about the nuances of plumbing and what to do to fix issues when they arise. In the near future, I will have Mr. Rooter come by again to get some more work done. Nice job!
