Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

Came home after work to find basement floor drain had backed up. Tech was dispatched and texted us within minutes that he would arrive within 30 minutes. Henry was on time and very professional. Explain everything he would need to do, explained the costs involved and the warranty for the service. He also called out a water specialist to assess possible damage from the standing water. Work was completed same evening and no extra or hidden fees. We will use Roto Rooter again.

This company was a pleasure to work with, from the initial call into the office to our plumbers (Mark and Avery), everyone has been wonderful! I can't thank them enough for getting out to my home right away to help us with our main drain line that was backing up into the basement. As a first time homeowner (just moved in 2 years ago) this was a terrifying sight, but they got to me right away and took care of it and helped clean the mess! Mark also put a camera down the line to verify any other issues to give me peace of mind. I am beyond grateful to these folks and will proudly recommend them to friends, family, or anyone that asks!

I asked for a second opinion on a possible collapsed pipe leading to my kitchen sink and two wonderful knowledgeable men came to my home to investigate. Ray took the time to snake the drain and determined there was buildup and had it cleared in 15 min!
