they broke my bathroom vanity and said they would fixing before we had to pay the bill. now 6 months later I get a random call about the bill being sent to collections. the women I spoke with , Tessa I think, was particularly difficult and a not a nice person at all. her attitude alone would be enough to keep me away in the future

Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. used Major Drain before they have always been honest and clear about what needs to be done and how much it will be. They found the crack in our sewer main but could not do the job because it was so deep underground. They referred us to another company that was able to do the job. Will use them whenever we need plumbing services.

Paul has come to our house house three times over the past four years. He installed a water heater, a water softener, and replaced the kitchen drain and supply lines. Every time I have been satisfied with his service and prices. He gives me a timely quote and completes the work on time and within budget. It's nice to have a dependable tradesman in this age of gig economy. As much as I hope I don't need to call a plumber anytime soon, it puts my mind at ease to know that he'll be there. Thanks Paul!

Overall we had a very good experience with them. We had a backed-up main sewer line over the weekend. I called on a Sunday for an appointment and did not get called back until Monday morning but we did not have an emergency. In spite of that we got scheduled very quickly on Monday morning. The tech came on time and was great to work with. Keep in mind these guys often have to haul around a very heavy clean out rig up and down stairs. Our drain problem was solved within an hour and I was very pleased with the result and the explanation. Was very happy to pay the $140 cost to get our problem resolved. Would use them again.
