I messaged Big Birge near the end of the day to come check out my sprinkler system, for what appeared to be several leaks. James came out first thing in the morning the next day. He was fantastic. Friendly, checked everything thoroughly, identified the problem which was thankfully less severe than I thought, and got it all fixed up right away and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend James and Big Birge to anyone looking for a plumber. I’ll definitely be calling them next time we have a problem.

my experience with American router has been A+. I had been having water backup problems for many years. My daughter found American Rooter because they belong to the Better Business Bureau. They were here yesterday and had to put a new sewer line from my house to the street. Brad and his crew worked 12 hours straight and had my sewer line in and ready to use by 8 p.m. I was impressed by how hard they worked and they still had good manners and very professional.

My technician was so polite and nice explained everything to me so I could understand it. He replaced my thermostat on the wall explain how to use it. And most of all my dog liked him.I would use this company ever time with no hesitation.Thank you

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we needed several things done in a short amount of time and this company went above and beyond to help. They came and started work the very day we called and then squeezed us in over the next few days to get everything taken care of. Even though he was squeezing us in around other jobs, I never had a call or text unanswered; very responsive owner.
