They were prompt. They were courteous and respectful to my wife, explaining what they were doing along the way and asking for approval of a couple of extra issues that needed to be resolved. At the end of the job there was no trace that they had even been there except that our issue had been resolved.

I talked with Frank on the phone in the morning and he was able to get two of his guys out that afternoon to repair a broken water pipe that was leaking down over two units in our condos.

The guys that came out, Junior and Josh, were like the George Clooney and Brad Pitt from Oceans Eleven, but you know of the plumbing world. They were really friendly, professional, and did an amazing job!

I first used A & A when they were the vendor of choice for my home warranty company. They did a good job unclogging a couple of drains. Since then, they have installed new toilets and a sink faucet, and today installed the toilet flange and shower pan in my basement bathroom remodel. Each time they were prompt to scheduled the service call, arrived on time, and completed each job efficiently and professionally. They also answered several of my questions and left the work area clean. Anthony and Nate are very professional and did a great job. Also, the receptionist (I am sorry that I don't recall her name) was very pleasant on the phone and very accomodating in scheduling my service calls. I would highly recommend this company!

My problem started with another plumber getting his snake stuck 80 ft out in my main stack, after I had a sewer backup in my basement. I called several other
companies, all stating I'd need to have the snake located and extracted. Which would be thousands of dollars. That night I prayed for someone with skilled hands to come and resolve this issue.
The next morning I called Equisure Inspectors. Scott and Jordan showed up, after speaking with Scott explaining my issue. Scott informed me he was optimistic, he could remove the snake. Sure as s***, he and Jordan got the snake out! Scott advised me to wait a few days and they would come back out to clean the out roots and hydro blast the pipes/main stack. He kept ne informed throughout both processes. Both men were professional and great at their craft. I will be using this Father Son team for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Dwight, from Raymond Plumbing, recently came to our home to address a clogged pipe. He was thorough, and sought to understand the home's system as a whole prior to determining and addressing the issue of our water overflow. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to provide helpful information and tips to avoid further issues. I appreciated the service and would recommend the company for plumbing needs.

We've used JP Plumbing for several repairs & installations including kitchen appliances, water softener and water heater. They are always great to work with and do a great job. I've recommended them to several family members and friends. I won't hesitate to call them again if a need arises.

Was able to send pictures of the issue and get an estimated quote over the phone - very convenient. Crew was at my house two days after calling, exactly when they said they would be. They hung plastic and used drop clothes to contain the debris. In a single day they cut out a part of my basement floor, removed corroded plumbing, back filled, poured new cement, and cleaned everything else back to how it was before they arrived. The crew was polite and professional throughout.
