Best Drain Pipes in Omaha NE

Had them come out to install my new dishwasher, so they pulled out the old one and couldn’t install the new one because of older copper waterline so they pushed back the old one and didn’t connect the waterlines back up so I have about $7000 worth of mold and water damage on the floor below the kitchen now they say they didn’t do that which I have pictures. And the fact that I didn’t let them know two months until after it happened. But with pictures from their installers showing that they had disconnected it . And because I didn’t let don’t let them know in a certain mount of time they deny my claim. So pictures from the installers disconnecting it and not hooking up waterlines saying that they didn’t disconnect them but they were disconnected and the time that it’s been disconnected I have led to this amount of mold and water damage. I would post pictures but I can’t on here. Horrible customer service, Will not return phone calls or answer phone calls what kind of business can be around like that.

I needed to have the floor drain in the garage cleaned out. Ron came out and did a great job. The floor drain had never had service, so the grill and basket basically disintegrated. I was so impressed with Ron. He checked the warehouse to see if they had the part. Ron called me every day to let me know what the status was. Ultimately the office had to order the parts and they also contacted me to let me know the parts were on order. It’s so nice to have a company follow through. Ron keeping me in the loop let me know that the ball hadn’t been dropped. This is one of the reasons I use Eyman Plumbing.

I have been a customer of Perfect Plumbing for many years. Over the years, they have installed a tank-less gas water heater, water softener, new toilets, a new water meter, and corrected the original plumbing so that it no longer juts out into the utility room. Everything they have done has worked flawlessly over the years.

Today I had them replace the garage hose bib (an outdoor faucet). They were able to do that in 15 minutes at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this business. They are the only plumbing firm I will ever use!

Ww had a wonderful experience with this business. I messaged them on their website to request an appointment and they called me within the hour. The plumber was very professional and the repair cost for our burst pipe and spigot replacement was very reasonable. Before arriving, they texted a picture of the plumber and a little bio so we knew who was coming. I appreciate a company that is quick to respond and follows through with the appointment and work. 5 stars!!!

Finally found a Great plumbing company! Kurt is an excellent technician - was actually early (called first) which gave him time to not only address and resolve the issue I called for but was willing and able to answer some questions on other issues. Gave some great advice and fixed another problem.

Rates are competitive but more importantly, I feel that they did exactly the job needed without attempting to upsell (No thanks Burton!). Clean, friendly, professional - could not have asked for more. My new go-to plumber!

I initially called to inquire about a quote. Not only did I receive a fair and affordable quote, but I also received information educating me and my family on how to cure contaminated area. I assure you that it is not as simple as you would think. The guys came out and were very down to earth as they described everything step by step in simple terms. I also felt at ease due to the fact that they ran everything by me prior to doing any work. At the end of the job, I paid the lower end of my quoted amount. My home was left clean and in tact, and I was provided contact information in the case of having any futuristic worries. Top shelf service. 10/10. Hopefully I never have to call plumbers again but if I had to, Roto-Rooter is the way to go!

Arrived as scheduled. Worked hard through the day and when finished walked me through the install and what I need to do to keep the outside unit clean. I didn’t get a chance to talk to Riley much but Marcus whom I did talk to was extremely nice. Brian whom I met first and took care of making sure I got the right system for my house was very knowledgeable and nice and I enjoyed working with him to get the ball tolling. House already very cool. Girlfriend loves it. I may have to put on a sweater.

I appreciate your guy Jim who came and finally got everything unplugged.. We couldn't use anything and that includes the potty and with a 4 year old in the house him going outside to pee wasn't working...so once again thank you!..Marilyn White.
