Prompt, called in the morning , had a technician at my house 11:30 for a clogged drain.
Problem solved.

Finally! A plumber that gets the job done in a cost effective manor without trying to upcharge/sell unnecessary repairs. I was beginning to think this style of business had become extinct. I have used Micro on three occasions and won't call anyone else.

I will be using Action Rooter again. I recently had a clogged drain from our washing machine drain. I had Aksarben Plumbing come out. The guy could not get it unclogged and charged me. They gave a estimate of $1500-$2500 to replace the pipes.
Action Rooter came out the same day and unplugged the drain. Charged me $49 less than Aksarben. Also gave us a 30 day warranty on his work. We have three centers and for now on we will be using Action Rooter. Thank you very much!

We called Bill to fix a clogged toilet/tub on a Saturday at 12 PM. He showed up within an hour, was curtesy, professional and was able to get our clog freed up. I would highly recommend Bill. He is incredibly Afforable and responsive. Thank you, Bill for saving us a headache.

Anthony came over to my house to fix a clogged drain and to repair a leak behind my dishwasher. I had called another plumbing company the week before and they told me they would have to send 2 guys over and just about charge me double the amount. Anthony did both jobs all by himself with no problems, and charged less. He answered all my questions and his work was not messy. Anthony did all of the work in 2 hours and 15 minutes. After having 3 different plumbing companies out to my property Scott finally helped me with some main drain problems. He came the same day as the call, texted me photos and videos as he was working and then gave me a 1 year flow warranty. I am finally satisfied. This had been a continuing issue with only cheap quick fixes that didn't last. Scott is the man with a plan.

The professional attitude and knowledge that they showed was really nice. I only know a little about how plumbing works. They were very understanding and put us at ease. Everyone in the house were very satisfied with their work and explaining how to pay them. All electronic and easier than the old way to pay. I would use them again and suggest to anyone to call on them when needed.
