always show up on time and get the job done professionally. when my basement had been flooded they kept their shoes clean as to not track mud into my house. everyone I have talked to there is very nice and knowledgeable. they even helped me elevate my water heater in order to keep it from getting ruined again. they also went above and beyond trying to help me fix my old one with warranty since it was just a few months old. I am very satisfied with all the work they have done and will for sure call them with all future plumbing needs.

I wanted to proactively get my main sewer line cleaned out to ensure there are no problems developing, so I called southside plumbing and spoke to Josh in mid May. He gave me a quote and I scheduled a time for a technician to come out the following week. When the technician arrived he apologized and said he did not have the correct equipment in his van to clean out my line. He left and assured me someone would call me to reschedule. I receive no such call, so imagine my surprise when I received a $190 bill three weeks later stating they “ran my kitchen sink line “and diagnosed a repair estimated at $2500. After leaving multiple messages with the office staff, I finally received a callback from Josh. He apologized after I explained what happened, but then I received an amended bill stating I owe $45 for a “trip charge”. How I am responsible for this considering the technician arrived without the correct equipment is beyond me! What is even more frustrating is that I have called the office repeatedly for a month and this issue is still not resolved! The office staff state that only Josh has the authority to correct the charge, however he is consistently in meetings, on the other line, or out of the office when I call. He has yet to return my phone call four weeks later. Had I known what a headache it would be to deal with this company, I’ve never would have called in the first place.

Wow a Sunday call for 5 minutes. A leaky pipe above water heater. 320$. Seems pricey

Bob from Rotorooter was extremely helpful. He unclogged a drain tile and walked me through what happened. Great guy with lots of knowledge and was covid compliant.

They fit us in right away and very professional and they fixed our faucet without needing to replace it. We will call them again in the future.

They were here, with the new water heater within 2 hours of my call...I called about 5 different plumbers before 402, and no one could/would come in less than 4-5 days!!! They did an awesome, professional install in less than 2 hours also...so instead of being without hot water for days, I was only out of hot water for 1 day...I give them 10 in every category...THANK YOU 402 Plumbing!!!

I am calling them my HVAC Angels. On a Friday at 7:30 I called R Mechanical because my air conditioner quit working. I really didn’t expect anyone to answer I just was going to leave a message so I would be first one come Monday morning. I planned on calling everyone around and pray it would get fixed in the near future. To my surprise my call was answered and they didn’t even have an IVR to push 1 for this and 2 for that. It was a live person. I explained what was going on with my air. It was going to be hot for the next few weeks and that’s when they break down when you use them. Not only did they come on a Friday night at 8:30 but they fixed it. The cost was way lower then I thought it would be. I was so pleasantly surprised and want to let all of you know how great they are. You don’t see this good of customer support any more. I get to sleep in my bed tonight and not sweat. So thanks R Mechanical.
