Roto Rooter reacted quickly and was able to solve my problem same day. They called ahead before arriving, called to give diagnosis and price estimate then proceeded with the work. There was an issue with a side drain that came to light later in the day. They remobilized within an hour after I called to fix it with no charge for the return. Great experience. Marion at ARS went above and beyond his job and really helped me understand the plumbing issue, process and gave me lots of great advice for good plumbing tips ! He was on time and very kind to myself and my 2 little boys! Only took about 30 min and I have a excellent unclogged toilet now! Called Josh after hours with an emergency backup in our basement. He was over within 45 minutes. He quickly identified the likely problem and proceeded to scope the mainline. There was clog but he made sure there wasn’t a gas line or electrical line bored through the main line. He then cleaned it with another machine and rescoped it to show it was all cleaned out. He explained everything thoroughly, was very transparent about possible causes, and ways to prevent it happened again. Many plumbers don’t have the equipment and/or the expertise as Josh to do this type of job correctly. I thought the cost was very reasonable based on the circumstances. I hear a lot about people nickel and diming plumbers and then are “surprisingly” unhappy with the work that was done. Although he may not be the cheapest plumber out there, but if you want a plumber that can tackle any job, be very flexible in emergency situations, and get the job done correctly and timely, he is your guy! Recommend 100% and will not go elsewhere! Thanks again Josh!
