I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Had a great experience - Weylin is the man! I needed a thermal expansion tank installed and not only did he help me verify the problem, he agreed to come over and do the work after I got home - at 6pm! He showed up early and got right to it. About 40 minutes later he was done and my problem was solved. Great guy - fast and efficient. If you live in Bellevue, this is your guy.

Myers has replaced both a furnace for me and an air conditioning unit. Their technicians always try to find a way to fix what is already there but when necessary, they do a great job getting new equipment up and running. Their semi-annual maintenance inspections also have saved me a lot of money by diagnosing problems before they turn into much more expensive repairs.

I started using them for plumbing also about two years ago. Their technician installed new faucets throughout most of our house, a new toilet and fixed some leaks. I was especially impressed when their technician told me he had to do a good job because he owned these jobs now and did not want to have to come back and fix them again for free if something happened while they were under warranty.

The gentlemen was very rude to me. I tried to call and schedule an appointment and he treated me like a bum! I was willing to foot the bill and he still wouldn’t schedule an appointment because other people have stiffed him in the past and put the bill on the unaware landlord! That has nothing to do with me. I’m a new customer simply trying to fix an ongoing problem on my own that my landlord hasn’t been able to fix. He even called me back to tell me his scheduler wasn’t making the appointment. I’m led to believe that he treated me this way because of the neighborhood I live in and my name. He continuously mispronounced my name with multiple variations of my name such as lakreisha, latisha, lakreita which I guess are the most common black names he knows! I’m black and my money is green! He could have told me to pay in advance or any other option besides telling me to wait on my landlord like the 50s!

They sent someone to my home to do an inexpensive tune up on my HVAC. He was a little late, but seemed very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Unfortunately, he couldn't give me a quote for HVAC replacement and sent a salesperson instead.The salesperson that was sent to my home was very late, very pushy, and took over 3 hours to give me a quote which should have taken 15 minutes to give. The quote was VERY high, but we agreed to it anyways because we needed the work done.We decided later to cancel the installation and had to deal with 2 customer support reps on the phone who then informed me that only the pushy salesperson was allowed to cancel and that the salesperson would contact us within the hour. After waiting about 4 hours, I called him, and he insisted that he needed to call me back a couple hours later to explore my options no matter how many times I told him that I would rather not deal with yet another phone call. Finally, he did call me and after 15 minutes of my being very firm I essentially had to hang up on him. We overnighted a written cancelation because my wife found fine print on the install order that said they would charge us if we didn't do it that way (nobody said anything about this cancellation policy over the phone).

After having a (seemingly reputable) service company who has serviced my units and falsely claimed they needed replacement, Hiller came in and helped provide a second opinion service check. I was impressed with the technician and his knowledge. Just went through the first service visit and was pleased with the detail provided in their report.

Love the Maynard folks. One of the things I appreciate is when they answer the phone they say...how can I make you smile today. Which upok hearing that, no matter what the issue, tells me they are already in the mindset to help me. I always appreciate how they never push extra services to get extra money and only do what is necessary. Appreciate their transparency always.

Mark and Daniel helped me tremendously at the recommendation of a general contractor friend here in town. I couldnt be happier with their responsiveness, demeanor and overall helpfulness with a complete repiping of my house. They assessed the situation and worked within my budget to get me taken care of and even came back and finished up after my vanity and drywall were fixed, to hook up the pipes to the sink, on a moments notice. Cant thank you guys and your team enough!
