Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

I had a very good experience with Michael's Plumbing. Josh was very knowledgeable and efficient. Replaced outdoor faucets and shut off valves and did a great job.

Can't say if service was good or bad. Can say though that I called in twice this morning to schedule an appointment. On both occasions I heard the phone get picked up, and then hung up. I am writing this 1-star review so that the owner will hopefully see it and address this with his staff. We found another great plumber whose office staff is friendly and communicates when we call.

John was able to come out quickly and repair the fittings around my water pressure booster once he made a run to the parts supply house to get unique fixtures needed for my repair. I am glad I found John and will continue to use him for my plumbing needs. I texted and called and got prompt service. However, when the tech left At lunch time, after he installed a new water heater, I was told the water was heating. 4 hours later, still no warm water. They came back about 6 and around 7 pm, after much ado, decided it was a breaker. He went to lowes and came back with the wrong breaker insisting he didn’t know and had sent his boss pictures and that’s what he was told to buy. I had him leave since it was bedtime. The next morning, I called and asked for a different service person. The original guy showed up, and I asked him to leave (since he kept insisting he isn’t an electrician and was not going to work in the panel/breaker box.) After several calls, the “owner” agreed to send an electrician even tho that was “above and beyond their work”. Electrician installed a new breaker… and checked the work the tech did… and the LICENSED electrician said no hot water was likely because of a bad connection made by the plumber. Less than 30 minutes after he arrived water was HOT. $3000 (for a $700 water heater) and 28 hours later… after being told I was rude, I got hot water. Like the previous review… if you have extra money and time to waste, these are the folks to call!!! If I could give minus stars I would.

In November 2015 we had an amazing experience with this company. Signed the contract in the afternoon one day to replace 3 units. The next day an army of men, literally, at 8 am. By 2 pm were cool. These guys were professional and all business, didn't even know they were here working. I'm late in posting this as you can tell but still can be said that this is a top notch company.
