Two knowledgeable gentlemen came out to take a gander at the water heater and fixed the issue promptly. They were even kind enough to look at the most talkative toilet I've ever encountered and stopped the squealing noise. Reasonably priced and will definitely be calling this company again for future plumbing needs. Thank you!

They are reliable and thorough, but it's only fair to say they are VERY expensive compared to other established plumbers. I had a septic job for them and their bid was 10x the other bid. But usually they are 2 - 3x more than a normal going rate. If you want to make one call for it to be done right regardless of price, call them.

Was charged $199 for them to cut a hole in drywall and tell me where the leak was coming from. After finding the leak, they said I needed a new shower arm. Quoted $190 to repair a shower head arm and said after the driving and the labor is why it cost so much. After they took the faucet handle off, a leak started and they said it was leaking like that before (it wasn’t). And then quoted $200 more to repair it. After I pushed back they did recommend reaching out to delta to get the part which I did. I’ll be attempting the repair myself so I don’t spend $700 total on a leak I didn’t cause.

Had to use Roscoe Brown for a plumbing issue to replace water valve for a shower. The service call was $89 and the company would not provide any type of estimate over the phone. Upon plumber coming out, he quoted me a price of $702 to replace water valve. The service charge was not waived as part of them fixing the issue. Total bill to replace a water valve was $791. Highway robbery was a term that came to mind.

Our kitchen sink was a disaster. Totally clogged. Note to self “never pour old potato flakes down the disposal”. They turn into cement in the pipe. Draino can’t do a thing against potatoe flakes. I bet you already knew that. I know that now.
