Waylin was extremely nice and very friendly. He got the job done in about 15 minutes and then he was on his way! One of the nicest men that I've ever had come to the house for a repair! PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an everything's wrong mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.

Regan was awesome. I was only leaking 7 gallons an hour. Everybody told me it would nearly be impossible. Regan attacked my waterline leak very methodically. His system is the Golden Standard. You can either call him or start digging. I highly recommend Him. He is also a very personable person with a passion about his job. His pricing was fair. I would highly recommend him.

Mitch did an excellent job installing a new water heater for me. This was the first time I had had a water heater fail so the flooding was not what I expected. I called Mitch and he came out the same day to give me an estimate. His price was fair and he offered to shift his schedule around and install it the same day! Within 4 hours of me calling him I had a beautifully installed new water heater and my house was back to functioning as normal! You really saved the day Mitch!
