I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

I paid Michael's Plumbing $367.46 to fix a toilet that's constantly running. After they performed the work (replacing various parts) the problem persisted. My tenant called them and they returned twice but the problem still isn't fixed. My tenant and I have called them at least 5 times and no one has called us back.

I should have given this review years ago. My mom has used Morton's Plumbing for as long as I can remember. They know her and she knows them so well that she leaves a key for them to come in and do what they need to do when she's not around. They are a GREAT group of people and I'm sure I would use them if I needed their services. I didn't know they did HVAC stuff so that's a definite plus.

Jeremy was fantastic. He was methodical and precise about diagnosing the issue. He gave me my options and a recommendation. I had a leak coming from the washer hook ups and it ended up being the washer box. His recommendation was exactly what the issue was and he had it fixed in about an hour after we decided what to do. A friend of mine, Charlie Warren, recommended Wayne at Grassland Plumbing to me. Wayne came to my house to look for any leaks. We had thoroughly checked everywhere and there was not any sign of a leak. We didn't see or hear anything. We have had high water bills totaling over $1000 in the past 2-3 months and the water company replaced our meter about a month ago. The individual who replaced it mentioned that one time he was here to check it (I was not home) and the needle was moving and he thought it was very possible it was intermittently malfunctioning. After he replaced the meter, this past months bill is now normal, $62. Wayne, from Grassland Plumbing was here two days ago and checked everything. He checked the hot water heater, he checked the cold water line and the hot water line, he looked around the house, he checked each bathroom and each toilet, he checked by turning on and off the water from the inside and the outside meter, he checked everything. He said there is not a leak in my house and there is not a leak under the slab or anywhere! He told me that in his opinion, the old meter was causing my high water bills. Wayne was very nice and thorough and I appreciate him checking everything! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with your plumbing company, and I must say, I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. After experiencing persistent basement flooding that previous plumbers couldn't diagnose, your team arrived and conducted a thorough inspection.

To my amazement, he quickly discovered that the grinder pump in my basement had been improperly installed within a sheetrock enclosure, and several vent fittings were not even properly secured. Additionally, he identified a major flaw in the 3-inch main that ran over two rooms, which had a backwards pitch right before connecting to the mainline.

Your Technician took the time to explain the issues to me in detail and presented the only viable solution available. He discussed rerouting the master bath and the hall half bathroom back into the room where the pump is located, and then redirecting the plumbing out of the front of the house. He meticulously located the sewer main and seamlessly tied the new line into it, completely resolving the problem.

I cannot express how grateful I am for your Technician expertise, professionalism, and dedication to solving my basement flooding issue. The level of care and attention to detail they demonstrated throughout the process while keeping a organized work area was truly commendable. I am delighted to say that since the completion of the work, I have not experienced any further flooding problems.
