To the best that I (in my limited understanding of HVAC systems) can determine, William Reyes did a thorough job of checking my two units.On another note, when I called Donelson Air to schedule a maintenance check, I was told that the cost of the Maintenance Plus program is $120. I learned today the $120 is for one unit. Hence, my charge today was $240!11/29/22: Landon came to my home today and replaced the condensate pump on our downstairs unit. The old reservoir was cracked/broken and was leaking. Landon did a professional job and also explained pertinent aspects of the operation of the unit.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable and kind, and he got our shower all fixed the same day he came out. We will absolutely be using his services again in the near future.
