Both Robert and Jay are amazing, very professional and installed whole house in water filtration system in our house. They are the best!

Had a new unit installed in August '21.. by September I required a tech visit due to AC not cooling, was told not enough freon was added during install though it cooled fine for 1 month. A few months later the condenser turns into an ice cube requiring another call, at this time I was told the factory defrost settings were not adjusted and needed tweaking due to Tennessee being not exactly North, but also not in the south which requires the setting to run more often. Fast forward to April '22 after a maintenance visit in February I once again have a unit that will not cool. Obviously there is an issue with the unit and I would appreciate a company that stands by their work vs. continuing to bandaid a lemon. I should not require an emergency call every 1-3mos..
