Best Toilet Install in Nashville TN

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

We contacted Roto-Rooter to repair a clogged kitchen sink. Their repairman was here within an hour and had it fixed very quickly! Drazen was very friendly and informative! Would highly recommend.

Good service, came on time, did project. Simple project to replace freeze proof outdoor faucet, and install shut off valve. Very expensive for less than 1 hour of work.

We were very overcharged for a repair. Our normal go-to handyman was unavailable so we called Bellevue First Plumbing. Our normal repairman told us it was an easy job to replace a broken toilet flange and that the part was only $11 at Home Depot. Unfortunately, because of a miscommunication between my husband, who arranged the service call by Bellevue First Plumbing, and myself, who was the one at home when he came, I didn't ask for a quote first. The repairman was here for one hour. We were charged $460. Ultimately, it was our fault for not getting an estimate before the work was done. But, I also feel this was dishonest on the part of the plumbing company.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Wes came over at the drop of a hat! He was quick on the job, professional and I know he put the best products in my toilet to fix it and keep it fixed!! I highly recommend him and his company.

After the passing of my father I called Michael's plumbing to repair a leak. While there I asked them about replacing my outdated shower system. They qouted 300.00 I paid him 268.00 upfront to start the job they never returned!!!!! Now the company has amnesia and can't remember making repairs or prepayment.

I swear the guys who came to look at my leaking toilet were either high on alcohol or pain killers. Moved in slow motion, eyes glazed over, and literally missed the door knob with his hand.
