I recently used Choice Water Heaters to replace our leaky hot water heater. Incredibly friendly and knowledgable. They made it out to the house very quickly! While replacing the water heater, they were able to reroute a water purification system that was blocking access, and all for a great price! Will definitely be using again!

Impressive work from a big company. Can’t comment on how they compete price wise (don’t have enough data to compare), but the teams have been professional and friendly, and the work has been high quality. They communicate well and are always on time.

I had a drain that would not drain and tried to fix it myself. I couldn't make it work so I called around and No Problem Plumbing was able to make it out that day. Their representative Jason was quick to start looking and when he found the problem he showed me under the house exactly what he was going to do. The project needed some parts so he came back the next day and completed the work. They were upfront with pricing and quick to get the work done! We have had them come out 2 times to look at our gas units because they were emitting Carbon Monoxide. They were unable to find the problem after 2 visits. After attempting to schedule a 3rd visit, they stated that we would be the first customer for the day. When we didn't hear from them, they told us that they made a mistake and didn't schedule us like they had stated. We waited over 6 hours without a call. When I called them back around hour 5 they stated that we were next in line, but that no technicians had finished their first job of the day. We called back and cancelled our 3rd appointment to go with another vendor because of the safety hazard. We have had to shut down our business operations for 3 days which is affecting our ability to function as a business.
