Guys were on time and extracted my sunglasses in about 30 seconds...and charged me $241.95. $200 for labor...I’m just dumbfounded. Go local, people!

These guys were amazing! I called at 8:30 with an issue, they got to my house a bit after 9. They were friendly and professional. They replaced my toilet, which had a crack and was leaking, in a little under an hour. I am so glad I called TN Plumbing Solutions. I would definitely do business with them again!

Waylin (the plumber) was super friendly and came the same day I called him within a few hours. The kicker of it is that my problem was so simple and taken care of so quickly, he did not even want to charge me for it. Needless to say, I do not think this company will be ripping you off! PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

We had a bathroom remodel, so we didn't hire them directly. They had to take out the tub and then reinstall. They left a huge hole underneath our house to access the tub and didn't repair it. I went underneath and could feel the air conditioning exiting our house in the crawl space. They had to come back out and fix. When the tub hardware was put back on one of the knobs leaked. It was not leaking before the remodel. They quoted us $325 to come back out and fix something that was working fine before they removed it.

After dealing with 5 different plumbers and project managers from different companies, I chose to go with Michael’s plumbing based on a fantastic experience with Jason, the project manager. He was extremely thorough and patient, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue with me, and discuss all the possible solutions. Then Andrew came out and did the work, and continued to raise the bar. He took the time to do things the right way, talked through everything with me, did great work, and I believe he treated my house as he would his own. Honestly if you are reading this review, just save yourself some headache and call Michael’s, the other guys (especially the big ones) can’t compete.

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service year after year from water heaters to sewer lines to sinks and drains. My go-to plumber!

He mostly did ok work but it took a week of I'll be there tomorrow before he got here. Then he kept trying to upsell me and discouraging investigation of the problem before replacing 100 feet of sweet pipe.

And he left the 5 foot long sewer pipe from my basement in the middle of my yard.
