Andy is my main go-to for all my plumbing needs indoors and outdoors. He knows his stuff and is a man of integrity. He'll fix it right the first time. I've had my fill of cheaper priced contractors who don't do the job right. It costs me less in the long run to hire someone who does the job correctly and uses top-quality parts!

We have used Copeland & Sons for a few years now- they have installed 4 new HVAC systems for us - we cannot recommend them highly enough! Trey are courteous & professional & always respectful! And they do quality work!

Plumbing Solutions was a fantastic company to work with! I had a new sink put in with my counters and needed a hookup. Moved from a two drain to one drain sink, so the line had to be altered, plus install of garbage disposal and faucet. They were able to fit me in next day. The technician, Sean, showed up exactly when scheduled, and was very nice and knowledgeable about what was needed. Their price came in over $100 below the other quotes I had received. Plus, they didn't charge a service fee of $60+ like the other places do just to show up and look at the issue (even though I could describe exactly what was needed!!). Instead of that rip off, Plumbing Solutions gives a free quote. The job was done in under 45 minutes, and everything works perfectly! Couldn't be happier with Plumbing Solutions!!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Myers Plumbing Heating and Cooling of Nashville is great company. I use them to service my home and condo. I had a leak in my water tank on my third story condo last year. I was very nervous it would flood my condo and possibly the condos below me. I called Myers and they were able to come out that day to shut the water off and replace it the next. This was a great relief for me and quite possibly saved me from a disaster. I now use them to service AC units to keep them running great saving me money on both replacement costs and my electric bill.

Very impressed with how easy and fast this company was to use. Jeff J was awesome! Went above and beyond to fix all the issues I was having. Will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing issues!

I called Morton plumbing and told them that my water line was backed up and that I needed help that same day. No commodes were working, the kitchen sink was backing up, and the bathtub was backing up, so they knew the problem before they arrived.

They were nice enough to work me in that day, but when the technician arrived, he checked everything and told me I had a major problem. He also told me (after calling his office) that their equipment was not available to clear my sewer line, and that it would not be available until the following week (which was in about 4 days).

I could not wait that long since I had no working commodes in the house. I asked the technician if I should call RotoRooter or another plumber, and he said yes, and that he would call Hiller. I told him I was a Hiller customer but did not call Hiller initially because I thought they were very expensive and I had heard good things about Morton's.

So, bottom line, the Morton guy left, and then I was billed a $49 dispatch fee. I don't mind paying the dispatch fee if I was offered the option of Morton's do the work. But they were not able to help me that day.

When I called their office to ask if the dispatch fee could be waived, the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting me and said that her guy told me what was wrong so that I could call another plumber and tell them was what wrong. She talked over my attempt to speak and would not let me talk without interrupting. She said that I was told about the dispatch fee in advance (I don't remember being told about it) and that everyone was billed that fee and it had to be paid if I chose another service. The only reason I chose another service was because Morton's did not have the equipment available. And if I told him in advance about all the issues I was having, why did he come to my home if he did not have the equipment to fix it?
So, my complaint is poor customer service, and having to pay a fee when they were not able to do the work due to their lack of equipment.

Rocky Top Plumbing is awesome! We were in our house for two years and had no clue where our septic tank was buried. Alex came out and found it in 2 minutes. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Thomas and Dakota came out to my house today to fix a broken toilet. They were very professional, and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome and professional service. I was recommended to this company by my plumber in order to locate a leak in my main. Regan answered his phone immediately and was eager to get my house at the first chance. He stayed in contact with me for status updates on the leak until he made it my house. He asked for some assistance in order to not waist the customer’s time, I was happy to help. Not only did diligently work to fix the problem, he educated me while he worked. He found the leak in what I thought was great time and then stayed in contact with myself and my plumber until the issue was resolved. If you have a large property and have any outside leaks, I would make this this company your first call.

We had a great experience with Mitch at Exclusive Plumbing Service. We have a new build where it seems some corners were cut with the pipework by the water heater, and Mitch was able to fix all of that with ease. His pipework looked super clean and like a quality job. We had a circulator pump, and expansion tank replaced as well. During his process, Mitch explained why certain components needed replacement based on his findings, and what could wait to be repaired. He wasn't pushy at all. His communication was top notch. He wore a mask to keep us safe and shoe covers when he came inside the house. He answered ALL of my questions. He's a really professional, honest, quality plumber. I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber in the Nashville area.
