Second time I've had Morton out to my place, and I've been very happy with the results both times. With my most recent problem, I started out by calling a very large company who came out and started with an everything's wrong mentality and some very steep initial quotes. So I dug through some invoices to see who I'd used a few years ago and got back in touch with Morton. I should have started there. Josh (owner's son) and Blake were both very positive and willing to think practically instead of immediately going to the worst-case-scenario. They took care of the problem professionally and I will be very happy to call them again next time I need a plumber.

Trevor did a wonderful job today. He was thorough, found solutions, and was very helpful. He had a great attitude and willingness to make sure everything was correct before he left. I don't leave many reviews, but the customer service from Mark and Air Trust was too good not to. I woke up this morning to a furnace that wouldn't stay lit. Called Mark and he and a technician were at my house in less than 10 minutes, seriously. Granted, it was lucky he was right around the corner, but I was blown away (no pun intended). They had my furnace back up and running in another 10 minutes (bad connection on a sensor), and he gave a few other tips & things to watch out for with my older unit. I was happy to pay him for an hour of his time, despite the entire job only taking ~20 minutes. Thanks Mark!
