I had a wonderful experience with this company. Kyle and his helper (I believe his name was Eric) were a pleasure to work with. From the initial call I knew I had made a great decision. I’m a Dispatch manager myself in a different state. Their customer service got me an appointment the same day with short notice since I don’t live there. The technicians showed up on time and their dispatch gave me a heads up. I went with the full house inspection and they listed all the problem areas in my home. They had competitive prices and got it taken care right away. It brings me peace of mind knowing that I can call this company and expect great service even when I’m out of town.

No no no!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this guy! He was so rude to us! Every time my husband had any communication with him, he was a complete jerk! I'm not even sure how he has any clients!

Aside from his attitude, he halfway did a job, then blamed our contractor for everything that went wrong including leaking a gallon of water into our newly renovated bathroom. He ripped off the bead board and left it in pieces (all could have been avoided if he just did what he was supposed to do in the first place) and now we have to pay for materials and labor to replace it.

He also had the nerve to tell my husband we needed to lend him our SUV so he could go run errands for an afternoon when he broke his key to his truck in our driveway. (Didn't even ask us, not that we would have lent it to him anyway) On top of that, he left his truck here for days until the new key came. WHO DOES THAT?!?

He showed up on the days he said he would, but he was at least 45 minutes late both times.

Worst of all, my husband told him we really need him to fix this issue because we're having a party this weekend and our guests will need to use this new bathroom. This party was pretty much the whole reason we are having the bathroom built. He tells us that he doesn't know if he'll have time to fix everything (ALL HIS FAULT BTW) because HIS WIFE is also having a party this weekend. So his personal life comes before his business and his clients. And it doesn't matter to him that we're left SOL.

My husband and I own a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Again, I don't know how he gets ANY repeat clients.

On his website, he states that his company treats your home as their own. I would hate to see their home then.

I'm beyond devastated at the situation he has left us in.

Please don't waste your money or time with this guy. He does not know his craft/industry as well as he says he does.

Definitely recommend 615 Plumbing! Michael was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options when discovering and fixing a leak in the wall caused by an original drain in a 1950s house. Price was very reasonable and competitive without a high pressure sales pitch. Extremely tidy and professional. Will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs!

Patrick was friendly and helpful. The service was above par and I found the prices to be comparable to other companies. I appreciated the service so much I signed up for regular maintenance.

I was very happy with the service I received, Josh Guthrie, was very helpful and explain and answered all my questions, so glad I called Roscoe Brown to address my heating issues.

Quick service and our plumber was nice, but they came in for a clogged sink (fixed) and left with a broken sink. They said our pipe was cracked and was sealed previously. Maybe it was but it was working. They came in and resealed it but still didn’t work. Their only suggestion was a new sink. I think the pipe was taken off without care. They should have told me it would be a problem before hand. I don’t think we should’ve had to pay for the services.

Ryan did an excellent and thorough inspection of all my plumbing. I would recommend him to anyone.
