I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

I called to have a new faucet Installed and they said they had to come out to give me a quote; they came to Khana house and gave me a quote of $1600!
I ask if they added and extra zero and they say no; that was the quote and they wouldn’t pull their truck out of the shop for $100. They charged me $75 to come out to give me this outrageous quote. I paid the $75 and told them no thanks.
I called another local plumbing company and was charged $135 to do the work.
I do not recommend this company in any way.

I have their maintenance plan and it's great! I had a 30yr old HVAC that only needed minor fixes since they checked it twice a year, but that's quite old and so I got to a point where I just wanted to replace it. They had great pricing and options and I love the new system. When I've had an urgent no heat/air issue, they were able to come out same day. I like calling and immediately getting to talk to someone vs. an automatic answer press 1 type thing. Highly recommend.

I discovered water on the kitchen floor this morning and found a leak under the sink. The plumber we have used for years has passed away and have used 2 other companies since then and was not satisfied with the service. I researched some reviews and decided to call Mt. Juliet Plumbing and Leak Detection. I did not get an answer and as I was going to leave a voice message a very polite lady named Brittany was calling me back from this business. She apologized for missing my call, as she was on another call. I explained my problem and she said she could send someone out that afternoon. The leak was in a supply line going to the faucet and since we were planning on getting a new faucet very soon I asked for the repair and having a new faucet installed. I also requested they replace the shut off valves on the supply lines since they are really old and hard to turn off. Ed Kelly the owner and his plumber Houston arrived at 1:00 PM and had the new faucet installed along with the new shut off valves in about an hour. They were the nicest and most polite men that you could find anywhere. Ed is a master plumber and is highly skilled and Houston knows the business also. If you need any plumbing work, I highly recommend this business. Their price was very reasonable and the service was prompt. I now have a trusted plumbing service that i will always call when I have the need.

We recently had a horrible experience with Lee Company and it’s still ongoing. Our water heater pilot light would not ignite. So, they came out and said it needed a new part. They added the new part and it still did not work. Then they claimed that we needed a new water heater. Of course. So, they order a new one. They bring it out the next day after 6pm and guess what? They measured wrong and had the wrong size water heater. Then they tell us that even though we had a 40 gallon tank before that we can no longer have a 40 gallon tank because of “Obama”. Seriously, they said that. So, another day goes by without hot water. They then tell us that it’s going to cost us almost 2k to install a new 30 gallon tank. We complain about the mistakes that they’ve already made and getting a smaller tank. So, they come down to a measly $1800. I call and get another quote because at this point we felt like they were ripping us off. My husband tells them to hold off, so they get nervous and come down to $1,500. My husband tells them to wait we’re waiting for another quote. The guy David or Dwight calls ME at 2pm claiming that they have the water heater in the truck and they need to know if we want it right away. I felt pressured into going with their 1500 deal for a 30 gallon tank so I said okay. So, were they really on their way? Of course not. They didn’t show up until 4pm. He lied to me just so I wouldn’t wait for the other quote. After the two techs install the water heater, Curtis the tech tells me the agreed upon amount is $1500. Same amount as they agreed to with my husband. I hand Curtis a check for $1,500 over a week ago. Today, I receive a bill in the mail for $1,975. Really? This is just the crappiest Company. They overcharge and then bill for even MORE money. We will never use them again. Horrible experience that keeps going on.
