We had a great experience with Roto-rooter. I called this morning and within 1 hour, they were here. They found the problem and showed it to us with their camera, which was very interesting. They told me how much it would be to repair it, explained the warranty, at which point we agreed.
They were thorough, quick and our drain issue is fixed. I will definitely call them again.

We still had an issue with the toilet the following day at no fault of theirs. I called that morning and Weylin came out same day. He as well was quick, knowledgeable, and professional. PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Wesley Covert and his son are delightful! After dealing with a handyman service for weeks I called them to fix a small leak in my bathroom sink. Wesley returned my call promptly and made an appointment for the next day. They found a couple other issues that I wasn't made aware of with the sink and fixed them as well. Their number is stored in my phone and will be in my recommendation list for others! Thanks Wesley!
