Heating system wasn't working this morning. Coordinator/scheduler was friendly and able to get their on-call service tech Anthony to come by to look at the system. He quickly found that a power connection to the main system controller board had become disconnected. The connection was loose and with a quick squeeze of a pliers, was firmly reattached and system working fine. Quick fix. Being new to Mid-Tennessee area I won't hesitate to call Hiller for future needs. Thanks.

Joseph Kilzer did an excellent job showing up and able to diagnosing the issue with my hvac, very knowledgeable and helpful with our unit and getting the issue fixed in a good timely manner.

The tech came and took care of business very quickly. He explained to me what was going on in terms that I could understand. And explain what needed to be done for things to be up to code and proper.
