Roger Drury was your rep and he was as pleasant and helpful as anyone could have been. He went through the steps to find out what our plumbing problem was and never once led me to believe the problem would not be solved in a timely manner. He moved through the process of solving our problem and gave a quote if that should be the thing that solved it...We explained what should happen and if that didnt solve it he gave us the next step..... Problem was solved and we were extremely happy ....Thank you Roger and Roto Rooter for working 24/7 and coming out within a half an hour of calling... Problems never happen 8/5 Five days a week... We will be spreading the word!!!!!!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

I walked into my garage in the morning to find my hot water heater spewing water everywhere. I called Covert Plumbing and was directed over the phone how to turn the water off, and then was able to tell them Model #/Warrenty date of the heater. Wesley then arrived with my new water heater from under warranty, and quickly changed it out, all while i was at work. Wesley had the issue taken care of so quickly that we didn’t miss a beat from the loss of water, as all was normal when we got back home. Great guy, great company, and great service.

Repeat Customer!! That probably says it all, right? After all, we have our choice of plumbers in Nashville. But I'll say a little more. I called Michael's in December to fix a toilet. Sandra was excellent on the phone when I called to make the appointment. She was very kind, efficient, answered all of my questions, and said they would try to get someone out there as soon as possible. She scheduled me for a time and then called me later to let me know someone could come even sooner. Excellent! The guy who did the work was terrific. A skilled professional. He was in and out, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with. It was a little costly - $200 after a discount - but I appreciated the quality of the work and the long warranty. It was such a good experience that when my sink clogged this week I called them again. Once again I got Sandra, who is such an asset to the company and such a pleasure to work with! She scheduled me for Monday and then again called me with great news a couple hours later and let me know someone could be there sooner. John came this morning and it could not have been a better experience! Not only did he completely resolve the issue quickly and with great care and skill, but he explained what went wrong and how I could try to prevent the issue in the future, walking me through how the pipes were installed. He did it in such a respectful and thoughtful way, I really felt like I learned something new today. And best of all, it was very affordable, much less than the previous visit (for the toilet). I would recommend Michael's without hesitation.

Regan was very professionals and called and text me to let me know when he could get here he drove over 2 hours one way to help me find the leak on a line 3700 feet from meter to the house would use Regan again if ever needed to he marked the leak with marking paint and called the project manager to let them know what he found on his way home he was concerned about if we got the leak fixed so he would know how it turned out because I was going to get my backhoe and dig it out myself and fix the leak I just didn't know where to dig until he marked the line with one color and and the leak in the line with a different color so I would be able to know where to dig with the least damage to the line

11-03-2021 Sorry it took me so long to get back to you my sister that was going to have the surgery didn't get to have it before she passed and we have been dealing with the funeral so I just got back to it called 811 to mark the utilities and the phone company said they plowed in fiber right where you marked it so when we dug up the line you could see where you marked the leak so we repaired the spot you marked and replaced the PRV and turned on the water at the meter the wheel didn't move at all so you found the leak for me there is no way I would have been able to find the leak in the 3700 foot line without digging it all up so Thank You for saving us the money of replacing the whole line I will be recommending you to all my friends & family if they want to find the leak

I have used Choice Water Heaters for several jobs during my recent home renovation. It is a family owned business and the owner was always courteous, professional, and responsive. And he really took time to explain the problems to me and fix them properly. He even let me know that something didn't actually need to be replaced and he could just repair it quickly and inexpensively instead. As a woman, that was very helpful since I am not knowledgeable about plumbing and could easily pay for repairs that aren't necessary.
