Be aware it’s 200 dollars an hour for this company and they will stack service charges and all kinds of other charges on your bill. Expect 1k for a service call. My husband and I are in disbelief as we have a special needs child. Drain guys who are wonderful referred Andy’s Republic plumbing but they won’t after I show them the bill for a simple 2 hour service call.

Christian was amazing. He was quiet, professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. Also, there were NONE of the colorful words coming out from under the sink that come out when my Husband does the plumbing. Great Job, Christian!! We love our new disposal!!

I have been using Copeland and Son for several years, as have my parents. They are are honest, kind, and competent. I have never had an issue. We had an issue on the fourth of July last summer with a broken thermostat and I was able to talk to Nathan, who called me back while he was at a fireworks show. I would highly recommend them.

I was doing some home remodeling and had one usable bathroom when my main sewer line finally gave out. It was old original cast iron.

Inside of 72hours they had everything replaced and ready to go. I was very impressed. It would have been sooner but the gas company had to come out to mark the lines first.

They also installed new piping for my shower to bring it up to code for the remodel.

Scheduled to arrive between 10-11am to provide an estimate for work - they didn't show up until 2:15pm. No call or explanation, and ringing the doorbell woke our babies whose nap time we were specifically avoiding. Will NOT be doing business with them.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

WOW, talk about a professional group of people! Our heat & air unit went down, woke up to a 40 degree house, we really didn’t know who we could trust, so many scary stories out there, when something like this happens. A friend recommended the folks at Myers. The ladies in the office got straight to business, gathering info and scheduling a technician to our house. Within an hour we had not one but a two man team, real techs, not parts replacers or high pressure salesman. They dug into our unit, very quickly figured out the problem and made the needed repair. They also performed additional technical inspections as a good measure. I like that they spoke in layman’s terms as they walked me through the process. The price was more than fair, it’s cozy & warm in here tonight and I firmly believe these awesome people have earned my business for life. “Don’t pick up the pliers, just call Myers”

I called several plumbing companies to deal with a leak in a bathroom. No company could give me an immediate appointment. I asked each for pricing information. I had used Morton for routine maintenance before and was predisposed to using them again, and they could come out a day before another I called. I was told of their $49 fee for showing up and was told that would be part of the total price, should they do the work. I asked Karen for the hourly rate and she told me they do work by the job, not by the hour, and the guys would tell me once they assessed the situation. I was upset when the two guys got there and told me the problem was that the toilet washers were worn out and that it would cost $200 to replace them! I know a bit about plumbing and think this is an outrageous amount simply to remove the toilet tank, replace the washers and put the tank back on. And it certainly did not require two men. The job was completed well inside an hour. The hourly rate of the other plumbing company was only $150. Because Karen did not tell me their hourly rate, nor their minimum charge ($200), I ended up paying more to Morton than I would have if I had gone with the other plumbing company! They did reduce the $200 to $175, which I appreciate, but it was still more than I would have paid. Mostly, I am upset at their withholding of information that would have allowed me to make a better decision.

Once he got here, he quickly identified the problem and told me exactly what I need to get fixed and what options I had. I took his opinion on what I should do and he started working on fixing the issues I had. He was very friendly and his 10 years of knowledge told me that I could trust his advice.
