My wife called me at work and told me that the top of of the outside, in-ground pipe(sewer) was off and Stuff was all around. I immediately went home, fearing for the worst. I had no idea how much this would cost me - I was fearing a big problem that would cost me in the thousands of dollars. I found Plumbing Solurions on the Internet, called and they were able to schedule me just a few hours away. Great ! The Serviceman callled me back in 30 minutes later and told me he was on his way. More Great. He came, assessed the situation and told me the cost would be 49 dollars - yes thats right 49$. INCREDIBLE !!!!! I had him do some extra work (for extra money of course) while he was there - no problem for him. The young lady at the service desk was very nice.

I cant say enough about the professional way this was handled - If I could give them 6 stars I would - I know this sounds to good to be true and I am always leery when someone gives a great recommendation (thinking its someone from the company) - that is honestly not the case /never seen or known these folks before.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Can not recommend high enough. Jason was punctual, professional, and extremely time efficient. He fixed our bathtub train that was stuck in the closed position in no time flat and explained what had caused the issue in the off chance it ever happened again. I was recently trying to determine whether to buy a tankless hot water heater or a regular gas/electric water heater. I also needed to know if it made better sense to buy a water heater with a 3, 7, or 10 day warranty and whether I should buy a high efficiency energy savings one. Okay, so I guess I had a lot of questions. The good news was I arrived at the right place. They did not try to sell me on a water heater I don't need and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. The end result was I received the best water heater to serve my family's needs.
