Technician showed up 3 hours late. The first 6 technicians that came out wrongly diagnosed the issue. The last one that came out claims to have fixed it. Only time will tell

Mitch and Oscar were great. Fixed the issue fast and pricing was well worth the service. It’s always better to use a locally owned family business in lieu of nationally advertised companies that have zero customer service. I’ve been in Hendersonville for over 60 years now and I can tell you who the good companies are and who to stay clear of. Wayne Owens Plumbing is a great company with great service. Take it from a native Tennesseean!

I just bought my first house and the AC unit was giving me trouble. MCH came highly recommended, and I loved that they are a family owned business. They came out within 24 hours, and Aaron was extremely thorough. He meticulously cleaned my unit, replacing a part for me, and was communicative the entire time. He let me know as long as I take care of it I don't have to get a new unit any time soon. Every employee I spoke with from start to finish was so kind and helpful. I love seeing a small business be really really good at what they do, and plan to only use MCH for all my future needs.
