Dustin from ELS came to our home and added an additional electrical outlet to our kitchen island. What a fantastic guy, super helpful, super respectful and a super job. We got the whole package, plus they clean up their mess when they are done. All I can say is great job!

I had a poor experience with Bates electrical. Had a tech come out to look at rewiring a Fiber cable through the attic. There is a $125 charge for them to come out. He looked at it and said it would not be easy and that he recommended I did NOT do it as it would be too difficult. He was there 15 minutes and I got charged $250 for the 15 minutes he was there. I guess they charged an extra hour (rounded up) of labor on top of the trip charge. I felt very taken advantage of. Even the tech said if it were his decision he wouldn't charge for such a short visit. I understand the initial $125 charge because I agreed to it, but the additional $125 just felt greedy.

Chris did an EXCELLENT job repairing an outlet/light switch on our back deck and installing a brand-new doorbell/camera for the front. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked diligently until the problem was solved and the job was complete. He was also super friendly and we enjoyed getting to know him! I would highly recommend Jacob the Electrician.

Moorey and team did a great job installing my Level 2 charger. Showed up on time and did a quick clean job. Thanks guys.

Kevin did an amazing job. He put a surge protection on our panel, multiple outlets throughout our home and made corrections to improper electrical work not up to code. Now this is a well run business. Everyone is professional and friendly .Had a great electrician (Matt) who was efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Worked here for a year or 2 great company. Some of the office workers are a little stuck up/ snotty but that's everywhere
