We had ongoing problems with our HVAC unit and had tried another company which refused to work with a home warranty company. Ashlee from AirTemp came out and diligently tested each floor of our zoned HVAC system (4 floor townhouse) to figure out exactly what the problem was, got on the phone with the warranty company, and tried to help us get the repair covered. Ashlee explained everything to me clearly and multiple times (lol) to make sure I understood, and charged us a fair price for the labor and materials. He also gave me advice on how to address a potential future problem in a less expensive way. Highly recommend! Ask for Ashlee!

Worked us in in spite of their busiest time of the year for heating repairs and installations, tried to find the most reasonable solution, never pushed unnecessary purchases. Kristy remembered every detail about our personal scheduling circumstances and moved things around until everyone was happy. She didnt even have to remember it all, but thats how personal their service it. So as Denise and Heather, who not only worked extra to find the best timing, they also found the warranty on parts to make out total as low as possible. Technician Nathan was a real pro! Knowledgable, smart, fast, but never did cut corners. And everybody were so positive and easy to communicate with. Grace under pressure in action! Thank you, guys!
